my truck also got repo this year due to high gas... i was using more then 100 a week n gas to go help take care of my sister who end up dying of cancer n March..so I didn't have the 400 to make truck note.. due to other bills too... so yes the gas can cause that when u have things u don't deal with every day... but if i had to do it again.. i would my sister was more important at the time

I started getting calls from this number. I don't have a vehicle financed through them. I get calls every 2 hours, even in the middle of the night! 2 am 4 am.. Its nuts. No one ever on line either...

They need to be reported to the BBB. They called me 14 times in two days. First call this morning was @ 8:18 am. Previous call was 10:10 pm last night. Give me a BREAK!!! I have had the same cell number for 11 years and am seriously considering changing it. And no I don't owe them a dime! They are calling for someone I knew 4 yrs ago and haven't spoken to in over 2. Don't bother telling them that. They still keep harassing me.

Me and My husband had a loan with GEMB lending also, We started receiving calls from Santander and bills saying we owed them 4 to 6 hundred dollors. I finally called them and asked them who they where. They said they own our loan from GEMB lending. we had no idea it changed hands. was not informed by GEMB lending of this change and was NOT behind in our note! And now Santander says we are behind two months and we inform them we are not. We make our payments reg as we should but they continue to call everyday from 3 or 4 different numbers! and it is not just once but sometimes 6 to 8 times i am sick of this!!! and from 7:00am to 9:30 pm it is awful how do I get this to stop anyone have any ideas???

Just hang up on them, and if your husband has passed - you don't have to pay for those bills!

Next time you call, have them remove the numbers you don't want them to call ( tell them that is no longer your number) only give them a cell number. Tell them DO NOT call the other numbers, those are no longer my numbers.

I just got a call from this 469-385-5260. if it is Santander they are a loan company.  they took over my old loan company sovereign about a year ago.

Count me in and where do i sign up? I have had it with them!!!! They are mean, ruid, harrassing AND DO NOT STOP!!!!! They have even went to as far as having me in tears begging them not to take my car over the phone telling me well if I cant pay this amount today that I just need to surrender my car to them. When I just gave them a $390.00payment less then a month ago.

This putz is a scam artist but is also a maricone. I think he's calling to find out whose doing his old lady.

Not ture that is consider harassment and they can be reported for that. You might want to double check your facts.

There are also state laws that they have to follow too. You might want to look into that as well.

santander/drive financial are a bunch of jerks, they call 2 days after a payment is due and will call several times per day, i am retired and a senior citizen, my daughter has a vehicle financed by them and yes i co-signed with her but they are supposed to call her first, santander was not the choice she would have made to finance her but the original loan was sold to them about 2 months after she got the truck. she had no say in the matter and they will call over and over, start calling at 8:o5 our time and continue till almost 9 at night.  she has had this vehicle for 4 years and according the them balance is still within 500.00 of original price what can customers legally do to stop the calls and put these people out of business.

I make my payment through my banks bill pay.  Which due to the Holiday did not make it till today.  I explained this to them on Wednesday, but they still called all weekend.  On the upside.. once you tell them that you already spoke with them they are pretty nice.  If they want to "see" the payment via their own check by phone service they should stop charging $10 for it.  This happens every month since my pay cycle is right on the 15th and my budget is too tight to get ahead in payments. so for the few days it takes my payment to process i have to get sandtander calls at all hours of the day.  Luckily they have not called my references.  that would be really annoying.
