- Ben Dover| 1 replyI get several calls a day from them from numerous numbers. A couple of times they've left a message looking for someone I've never heard of. If I answer the phone there's never anyone there. If you call back you just get an automated system that takes you in circles. Really annoying.

- Ben Dover replies to Ben DoverUpdate: Found their main number on their website and talked to someone with a heavy Indian accent. She was courteous and apologized. She said she would take my number off their calling list. Hopefully, I won't hear from them again.
- knowitall replies to THEOC| 6 repliesWow...you know nothing about death and bills. Just because someone passes DOES NOT mean you are free and clear of the bills. Read a law nook or even Google it. The estate holder, i.e. the wife in this case, is responsible for paying the remainder of the account holder's balance. Don't mouth off if you don't know what you're talking about. Makes you sound idiotic.

- awesome replies to knowitallif the bills are credit cards and not in your name, you are not responsible for. If your husband had any insurance money, that money would be used to pay these bills. I have gone through all this in Tennessee.
- suesMy boss moved company over 50 miles from old location - work and spend $800 a month in gas and make 3/4 car payment or lose job, car and home by not working. Don't get unemployment if you QUIT. So I eat peanut butter and pancakes in order to pay for car, gas, home, utilities and insurance on the car. Yes a 4 cyclinder but drive 185 miles a day, 5 days a week. Thankfully, only a4 more payments.
- SuesAlso to add to my last comment: During a very bad wind and rain storm this company called my elderly parents and asked if they had heard from me because my car was just involved in a fatal accident. My father had just come home from bypass surgery. Needless to say this 86 year old man was rushed back to the hospital because of the call. Yes the number was on caller ID - and Dad has an auto record device on the phone because he is hard of hearing. Real winners, this company. I don't even have a loan from them - but an affiliate - Santander which took over CitiFinancial

- Catherine replies to knowitallGet over yourself. Regardless of the bills, NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO THREATEN HER LIKE THEY DID. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW..
- AnnoyedThis company goes by the name Santander (This week)! Their autodialer will call 3-4 times per day. It is very annoying, I dont even have a loan through them anymore, I traded that vehicle 18 months ago. I have just learned to deal with the calls (Downloaded "CALL CONTROL" from the android market. It picks up and hangs up on unwanted callers immediately so you dont even know they called! it's free!!)

- BibiSantander is a trip..They call me from multiple numbers even though I sent payment via western union..I didn't get a loan through them so its their problem. I pay when I feel like it. Citifinancial had better customer service..Maybe I too will turn in my car if they want it just to get them off my back and purchase a new one.. Time to upgrade. Seems like with every payment I owe more. I owed $6000 3 years ago. My loan should have been done this 12/12 but I owe $8000. My fault because I didn't pay better attention..Keep good tabs on this company..I don't trust them.
