It is drive financial callin...I've called and paid my bill and they still are bugging me. They call 5 times a day. It is annoying and tiring.Especially since my car payment is paid.

It's Drive Financial, they are located in Las Colinas, TX which is down the street where I work...it's due to my late car payment...

They continue to call me on my cell phone...Yeah, I am late on my car payment, but I used my minutes (smile) to make an arrangement for payment that's not due for another week. They don't even give the chance to honor...or break the arrangement! It's becoming a nuisance; especially when they call right before the 'legal time' ends...calls at 8:59pm CST, only to let it ring once then hang up. I'm not sure it actually is an autodialer...

You cant possibly tell me you spend close to what your car payment is in gas per month and thats why you cant pay your bill. If you would like to spend less in gas then just keep being late on your car payment. That will quickly eliviate the problem.

They only call if your more than 3 days late. And maybe everyone should be a little more responsible and just call them to let them know your going to be late. They will make a note in the computer of when they can expect payment and you wont recive more calls. On top of that you wont need to fear the repo

I received this call on my cell phone and they left no voice mail message.  I've received this call several times this week.

THESE PEOPLE CALLED 15 TIMES YESTERDAY AND EVERYTIME I TOLD THEM TO TAKE ME OFF THE LIST, COME TO FIND OUT IT IS DRIVE FINANCIAL AND I DO NOT HAVE A CAR LOAN THROUGH THEM, I WORK IN THE AUTOMOTIVE LENDING BUSINESS, BUT MY CREDIT IS WAY TO GOOD TO GO THROUGH THEM, CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO REPORT THESE PEOPLE IS GETTING VERY OLD

They have called me for the last 6 months and have never left a message on my machine.. I really wish they would stop..

I get calls 5 times a day, phone rings, then hear 3 way conversations between Drive Financial and their customers giving names, socials, addresses, car payments and alot of private info.  Getting fed up, wish they would fix thier phone system.

auto dialer calls repeatedly during the day.. tells you to wait for an associate.  You wait, and wait and wait, then you tell them you have the wrong number, no one here named ramon, and they keep calling.

That is harassment.  They need to check the do not call list, they need to verify phone numbers before they do business instead of harassing people who need their phone line for medical emergencies.

Then you look them up on the web, you call the 800 number and they laugh at you.

I am glad to see that I am not the only one that they harrass. My car payment was just due on the 17th of this month. Today is only the 23rd.  I think this is ridiculous that they start calling you less than a week after your payment is due. My contract clearly states that my payment is not due until 10 days has passed.

My Bad, I meant to say that my payment is not late until 10 days passed due.

Calling them makes not difference. My contract that I signed clearly states that I have a 10 day grace period. I have called them several times when I knew that my next payday would fall within this grace period and their reponse was, that they would continue to call until the payment was made. I am a very responsible person, but these people are relentless. They will not stop calling even when you notify them.

They've been calling me for weeks.  No message left.  Don't have a car payment.  Never heard of drive financial.

oh one of my "friends" put me down as a reference on their car loan. and now he is late on his payments...go figure!

If you ever call their 1-800 #'s for anything out your cell phones or any other number they record that on their database.Plus they can always inquire about other possible # you may have to other people or tracers.

I would love to know what this caller would like to tell me.  I am not behind in my car payments.

Just got a call from this company. Since my caller ID said Drive Financial and I have no account with them, I did not answer. We live in a condo and they asked if we would go and knock on a neighbors door and tell them Drive was trying to reach them and maybe they could help them. Told the make and model of the car. What kind of crap is this?
