Called my cell 6/27/13.  I didn't answer since I don't know anyone in AZ; they did not leave a message.

I got a call from this number at work. When I called back later, it rang once, and then went to a busy signal. I  tried again a bit later, and an automated voice came on informing me that the mailbox at this number was full, and that I should try back later.

these calls are a pain take up valuable minutes if answered as i use a tracphone..

Don't call them back. If you never answer they will think it is a bad number. If you call back they will know it is still active. They pay to make each call so let them waste their time and money.

Left no message.  A lot of scammers are having different numbers show up on caller ID.  One scammer used a local number but when we called back the guy said he didn't call and a lot of people were calling him.

Both my phones have received calls no msg

Called me yesterday and I did not answer.  Wish there was a way to stop these calls.

Just got a call from this number; did not answer. As a rule, I never answer a call that is not from a number in my address book. If someone really wants to reach me, they can also text. This saves me a lot of headaches but then I only use my phone for personal purposes; I can understand how if you are in sales or something you'd need to take the "cold calls".

Got a call today from 480-271-1861. I let my machine pick it up and they didn't say anything..figured it is a telmarketer. Called Id says Wireless caller.

Wish I could get these so called telemarketing calls to stop. Said I won a cruise on a recording?

Obviously an auto--dialer as my number is unlisted:  
"Congratulations!  You have been selected to receive a free cruise to the Bahamas!"
I hung up. I've added to the "Scammer" profile on my phone (which has a silent ring and no vibration).

Called my cell today.  Blocked with Mr. Number.   Filing yet another complaint with DNC and FCC.

"If you registered your phone number with the do not call registry the number of telemarketing calls received will diminish greatly."

-- Have to strongly disagree. I've been on the DNC for many years and am getting 15-30 calls a day - far more than a few years ago.

The DNC is impotent.

When you file a complaint with the do not call folks, on the first page of the complaint, you put YOUR own phone number.  This is the one that should be registered with the DNC list. On a subsequent page you put the number that called you.

I think being registered does help. Reporting to the DNC list does help as well, eventually. I also report chronic callers to the FCC and for the really really obnoxious and persistent I have reported them to my own state's Attorney General. I usually get a letter back from the Attorney General especially if it seems to be connected with some sort of scam.

Like others before me caller leaves no message and their inbox is full. This call disturbed me when it came over my phone. I was driving and unable to pickup call. I recognized the area code 408 as from AZ. I have family in AZ and thought the worst. The first time I was glad to see it was a prank/scam number.
