Left message to say I won free cruise for two in Bahama's if I answered a survey. I didn't complete the survey. There were instructions to request to be deleted from future calls.

Another deadbeat automated crap call.  Great to know the "Do Not Call List" seems to work...broken like so much of the rest of our 'government.

Never answer calls from numbers I don't know.  Only thing that showed up on caller ID was the number and "AZ-USA".  Figured it was a telemarketer or phisher... No message on voicemail.  I have a "smart phone" so can't block numbers.  I have to leave my ringer off because I sometimes receive 5-6 calls of this nature in one day.  I will report them to the FCC.

I label mine as a telemarketer contact and send that contact straight to voicemail.  Works great as the vast majority of them never leave a message so you don't even know they called.

If you get a call from this telemarketer, please file a complaint with the FCC and FTC: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. If enough of us file and win, that should have an impact. What a great revenge, earning money FROM them! Information on their website says the FCC have shut down several of these scams.

Get back at them. Call the number back the voice mailbox say it's full. Hit pound and try and guess the voice mail box code. It's likely four or five digits. You get two or three tries before disconnects. If anyone ever figures it out post it here and everybody mess with them

Don't recognize this number. Caller ID only shows Wireless Caller. Don't know anyone in Arizona!

07/12/13 19:15 PDT (CA):  Called my cell, didn't answer bcuz of the unfamiliar/non-local area code.  No message was left.  Google the number 480-271-1861 and it shows up on multiple websites, primarily as TELEMARKETER (or obscenity) CALLS.

If you have Verizon service, choose the number and select SAVE and then choose Call Block. That way phone won't ring.

I hate being disturbed by these people on weekends!  Called by 408 271 1861 on a Saturday morning -  I let it ring but only AFTER they woke me up!.

My bad - the unknown / unwanted call was from 480 271 1861 - I earlier reported it as area code 408 - that's what happens when I get woken up unexpectedly by strangers!
