Called not leaving message.  Even held on when the recording was recording a blank message, then caller hung up.  I read on other complaint sites I use, some are saying it told hem they won some Bahama cruise

I have a panasonic answering machine that I bought at costco and have digital phone. I can plug the answering machine into the phone outlet and then turn it off so no one can leave a message but the device still records the phone numbers. I also turn the ringers off on the recievers so I am not even bothered by the noise. This way I can look to see who has called since the device shows all incoming phone numbers and if it's someone I know I can call them back. I also can look up phone numbers online to check unknown numbers. Telemarketers just get an endless ring........

getting the calls every ten minutes. Like contractions.

This number just called landline.  (that's about all who calls the landline anymore...that and my mother.)  
A recorded message of a cheerful woman informed me that I had just won a cruise to the Bahamas!  All I had to do was answer some survey questions.  I could press "1" to begin the survey or press "9" to end the call and be permanently removed from their calling list.  I pressed "9" and the cheerful voice thanked me and told me that I had been permanently removed from their calling list.

Same number called me in Pttsburgh

I have received a call from this number several times. Finally had them blocked.. Had the same results when I called...
1 ring then busy.

no message left

Called on my cell phone which is on the do not call list. Offered a cruise to the Bahamas.
Hung up, but this cost me as I have a pay per call plan.

Received a SPAM call today's evening.  I didn't answer the call no msg left.  Don't bother to pick up!

Thanks for all your feedback. Those Call Donkeys just got added to my free NQ Call Blocker App Blacklist. problem solved. You all are awesome for reporting them here. This site is the only free reliable info site on the web.

Of course that number's not registered because it's the offending number. You are the one registered on the DNC list, so you're supposed to put YOUR phone number in that box. The telemarketer's number goes into the next box. Please read the instructions on the DNC website.

Why should your privacy even be violated in the first place?

The no ringtone was a great suggestion. I did not realize I had that option until you mentioned it.  I have already been tagging numbers and saving them as Spam, Spam1, etc., but still had to look when the phone rang.  Thanks a million!

crank call. Probably a recorded skimmer, not totally sure because I didn't answer, but they didn't leave a message. I get these calls with out VM 2-3 times a week and it's always the same people who do this around and around, and just switch numbers so it's harder to track. I always have 800notes open and when I get an unknown call plug in the # calling to this site and see what's what. Mostly they're bad calls and scammers. Lame sinful world we live in.
