512-539-0062 calls several times per week.  Caller ID says "PHONE CALL."  They are calling again as I type and they left no message, as usual.  We have no debts.  SCAM!

Number calls constantly, leaves no messages, and when I called back reached First National Collection Bureau. They were attempting to collect on an out-of-statute debt (8+ years) for Salute Visa, placed in collections by Jefferson Capital.

Debt collector. Left blank voicemail, called back and from my cell number caller ID lady on the phone knew my name, address and last 4 of social without me giving her any information.

I get a call from this number to my cell phone, isn't that illegal?

called me twice. first time no message, second time i answered and said nothing but the line hung up/disconnected .

Answered this call but no one on the other side

Calls me often, twice yesterday.  They never leave a message.  I do not answer the phone if I don't recognize the number calling me.

I answered. All I heard was breathing.. very creepy.
