- SierraI am not the won who got the call, it was my mom, they called her, asking for my number and other information about me. My mom refused to give out my information because they wouldn't tell her who was calling and what for. I am still attending school, I don't owe anything until I graduate. If there is a class action lawsuit, I would like to join it. They keep calling constantly.
- Caller: 513-605-7537
- All paid up. so who are you? This 5136057537 from Cin. Oh. has call numerous times. All of our bills are paid or are up to date. WE HAVE NO OUTSTANDING DEBTS. The caller said that he got the information from Sallie Mae. Supposedly I owe 700 dollars to a college that I graduated from about 8 years ago. I have paid my loans, have had a job, bought a house, bought cars, and had credit checks done. Nothing has ever showed up. The school has never sent anything. After we told the guy to mail us something he hung up on us. Awesome. We figured it is a scam. We did however call Sallie Mae... upon telling them what just happened they said that they did give the information out!!!!!!! So I urge everyone who uses or has used Sallie Mae to call them and tell them that you do not wish to have your information given to a third party!!!! Or they will give it out!!! I can't believe that this was allowed and they do it all the time!! But the moral is that this 513 605 number is most likely a scam of somesort. So do not give information out and especially do not send them money. If you are concerned... call the college you attended and ask if there is an outstanding balance of somekind. good luck!

- Anonom replies to digitalevaI have also received those calls, ITT Tech, sent me a letter in the mail stating I had to pay them the full amount owed to them for the temporary credit. This added up to just over $3,000. They also stated that I had to pay IN FULL within 7 days, otherwise it would be sent to a collections agency. I tried to contact them and wasn't successful, they sent it to collections. This was after I took the first 3 weeks of a semester off. ITT is a scam in my opinion, and should be shut down ASAP!!! If they did things the proper way with the 6 months to make some form of arrangement, I wouldn't have a financial issue with them!
- PatThey called me and asked if was.............Name was correct, but not middle iniitial I have been called about this woman who obviously owes $$$ and I just knew it was a collection agency. Thecaller hemmed/hawed, finally admitted they were. I told them you're after the wrong..................middle initial is not correct. Go after the right..................as I am tired of being called. My credit rating is A+ and I will not have it ruined. She did apologize and said she would take my name and phone number off the list. I've heard that song before. They and other agencies keep calling about this woman. A big nuisance and a pain to have to field these calls.I wish someone would catch the woman, make her pony up her debts and get her off my back.

- ThatsNotMeI've been getting phone calls on my mobile phone since I got this number last year. The colledtion agencies are calling for someone else, when I tell them that I got this number in November 2010, they all say they'll remove this number from Collections. Seems that it doesn't happen, since I still get the calls. Just got one now from this number. Same story.

- JRI missed a call from this number on my cell phone. After looking on this site, I am glad I missed the call and will ignore future calls from this number. I know that I don't personally have a problem that would require a debt collector. However, I am the executor of my brother's estate which is in probate and it could relate to his outstanding bills. However, my attorney has advised me to wait until my brother's accounts are through probate, then pay outstanding bills from that money and not to allow anyone to try to associate my name or personal information to any bill that is not incurred directly by myself because I cannot be held legally responsible for someone else's debt. Between this company that leaves no information and my attorney, I choose to believe and accept my attorney's advice. Also, I have received collection calls in the past, not necessarily from this company, who want to know if I know so-and-so and can I give them their telephone number. I always tell them that they do not live at my residence, I am not familiar with that person's situation, and to remove my telphone number from their calling information immediately. I don't believe they should try to solicit information from anyone other than the person they are looking for.

- ElizabethThis number calls my workplace daily asking for an employee we have repeatedly explained no longer works with us. They are extremely unprofessional and have even asked us to give them the employee's social security number, which makes me suspect fraud or scamming.

- johnthey called me at 730 in the morning and they tried to tell me they were in another time zone. i live in northern ky. which is a stones throw from cincy their area code is 513 and i confronted them on the phone about this and the f@#& called me a liar. luckily i live close to stop by for a visit to see who has their green cards and who dont
- KCCalls my cell repeatedly, looking for someone who shares my first name, and that's it. Pretty sure there are more than one of us out there. I refuse to verify my SSN or anything else. I'm up to date on all student loan repayments so they can suck it.
- SteveThese scumbags called my son when he was 15 years old ...he gave them his SSN and DOB because they were looking for someone with a similar name. Long story short they put a student loan default on his credit report at 15 and now he has to wait to go to college because we are fighting this to come off his credit report. These people are rude when faced with the fact that they did this, and even though they see their mistake, refuse to fix it.

- courtneeeeee| 1 replyThey let me know the call would be recorded for quality assurance purposes,i asked that they turn that off because I wasnt looking for any quality in this call be it that they called me. I asked who was calling and they said it was Pat, and that they were calling about a personal matter. I told her she was a liar and this wasnt a personal matter, being that i dont know her I would not let her know any of my personal business since i didnt know her. She then asked me to wait. On my cell phone for her like i have minutes and battery life for her IS SHE SERIOUS!?

- emCompany called me telling me i owed a debt. I call back to get info as to what i owe. They then tell me to give them my date of birth, middle initial, address, phone number, and social security number. I gave my date of birth and middle initial both which didn't match what was on file. At this point I wasn't giving any more info to some scam company. They then started screaming at me, were extremely rude, told me i was wasting their time and ended up hanging up on me. DEFFFF A SCAM!
- KiKiThis Smells like a SCAM !!!!
If you are a real & legit company why do you ask the person answering the phone for
their ss# ??
WHO would just give their SS# to a random caller?
Oh to all the so- called Telemarketers out there
if you never leave a message I will assume you are a scammer!
Any legit person leaves a message if you don't answer. My friends will leave a message,
my kids school will leave a message even my doctors office with my prior
approval leaves a message to call them back - KiKi replies to courtneeeeeeBy recording your call the can edit/splice your words to screw you.
They will have you say yes to a question & later make it look like you agreed to something else. - mikeI have no debts that need dire of collection, and I never answer for numbers I'm not expecting from. And collection agencies have to disclose information and if they are rude they can be sued for harassment.
