- Michylou| 1 replyThey called me three times yesterday and my phone is ringing again already this morning. No messages left. I do not want these calls coming to a business cell phone number. How do you get them to stop???
- MMI am getting these irritating calls several times a day as well. If the "do not call" registry does not apply to them then what can be done to stop them? Are they a real company? If they are not, how are they getting a hold of our information and what information do they know about us?
They have never said anything on the other line when I have answered and now I just ignore their calls.
Is there anyone out there who has an idea who we can report this to? We have a pretty big list of people who are irritated by these calls.- Caller: Unknown
- HaKCalling multiple times a day, at HORRIBLE hours. They are seriously disrupting my sleep. How can we get this to stop calling? No one is ever on the line, always dead silence.

- Peanut replies to rickIt's a marketing company out of Des Moines IA. Not sure what they are selling, but they are very persistant. I just answered once and told them to remove from their call list. I also asked where they purchased my number from, but they 'did not have that information'. Haven't heard back, so it must have worked...at least for now.
- Josh OrrickStop Calling me!
- BuckCalling everyday for the past4 days, one was twice in one day. Missed the call 3 of those times and no message left. Answered once and no one said anything, I hung up. I'm a cell phone user and this is the first time anyone other than my service provider has called me for marketing reasons (I assume, based on this thread). Getting to be bothersome.

- MSI too answered this one once. they said it was comcast with their story of my contract coming to an end, etc. it was weird. so I didn't acceept. the woman got upset because she thought I should accept her good offer. I haven't picked up that line again. they never leave messages.
- Waste of my timeI answered, said "Hello", and they hung up. SPAM telemarketer most likely.
- Waste of my time IIThey called again, saying they were from Comcast and that my combo-pack was due to end shortly -- wanted to upgrade me to an HD package. I figured it was phishing, and that the guy was full of $hit, so I told him I'd change it myself online. He actually asked if it was ok if he called back in a few days...
Save your money and aggravation -- don't give these guys any personal information. - SMHad a missed call from them. Looked up Marketlink, Inc contact info:

- Orange County, California| 1 replyJust got a call from this number/company which I didn't answer. After reading these comments, I'm glad I didn't.
An interesting fact to note: I am in Cox Communications area for cable, NOT Comcast.- Caller: Marketlink
- dbCalls. No message... No reason to be calling me. Calling my cell phone. This is bogus.
- SELECTIVE call forwarding| 4 repliesThere is a wonderful feature you can order on your phone service, it is called "Selective Call Forwarding", or *63. You can choose only the number(s) you never want to hear from again, and forward it to some other number. All other calls go through as normal. I usually pick another telemarketer to forward to. That way all my telemarketers end up talking to other telemarketers. There is a god.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- cob replies to Orange County, CaliforniaIm in the Cox communication too. Why would they call someone in our location. Do they not know that we dont have any other cable company in our area? Im on the do not call list too. The weird thing is that they never leave a message on the machine. Weird!
