Calling but not leaving a message.

Been bothered by this number a few times now.  Also some others.

What part of Federal No Call List is so difficult to conceptualize?

I'm not a customer of any cable service, and these people are calling anyway.  I've filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry (since it's been registered for some time now), and everyone else should too.

this is annoying. they call all the time and the only thing they do is hung up.

For 2 days now I have been receiving the calls from 515-309-2041; but I never answer a number I don't know.  I am glad I looked this up and saw everything here.  Who are they and what do they want?  I am also on the do not call list.  How can these people still get our cell numbers?

They said they were from Charter and had an offer for me. I asked them to take me off their phone list.  We'll see if they call again.

I got a called from this number couple time but, it didn't say any word.

Please let it don't call me again!

thought it might be from the cable company, charter. called charter and requested to be taken off their marketing list

It's from Charter, the cable TV company.  They wanted to upgrade our services.

this peole from the market link inc, has been calling my house that need to put me on the do not calling lete and put remove me. thank you .

Sorry if you guys are getting calls. We call on behalf of many major cable hsi and phone providers to contact their customers about promotions. You need to contact your cable provider and let them know you don't want promotion calls if you don't want to be bothered. Thanks again.

Unwanted call

calling twice a day, marketing company.  ugh.

I keep getting calls from these jackknobs, don't they know what a don't they know what a don't call list means

You can send complaints to the nonotcall.gov until your fingers fall off.  It's not going to stop a thriving telemarketing firm.  Marketlink calls new and existing customers for a variety of cable providers.  If you don't want the calls anymore, I promise you, there is a SIMPLE fix.  Answer your phone, and let the representative know that you would like to be on the do not call list.  If you don't answer your phone, you'll continue getting called as all we do is click "answering machine."  You people whine and b*tch about getting calls, I highly doubt it never occurred to you to just pick up your phone and let your provider know that you'd like to not be called.  Either way, BY LAW, it takes 30 days to get on that list.  Your best bet is to move to Arkansas.  No rebuttal state. :)  Quit crying.  We're just doing our job, as sh*tty as it may be, it pays the bills.

I don't know if it's Charter or not, but I went on their website(Charter Communications) and searched for stop calling my phone with marketing calls and I found how to set your preferences. I filled out the form and checked all the boxes, lest they not understand "All of the Above"  Hopefully that will put an end to their harassment. I can not WAIT to move so I can be rid of these jerks!

Many who visit these internet page would agree that the method used by Marketlink Inc are the same method used by prankster and also the extreme harasser tactics.  

Marketlink Inc claimed that their company are professional and legitimate.  However their action are the exact opposite.

I do not subscribe to Comcast, Cox, Warner, etc.    I also kept on getting these calls to my cell.  When I answered the phone.  There was no one.  They don't leave any messages either.  I'm on the national do not call list.     I have my cell phone for years.  Thank goodness I blocked their calls.

I know that by the fact MarketLink does not follow these FCC and FTC rules and regulation as they claim.

That is why all of you ended up on this page.  It is all related to the malpractice of Marketlink. Marketlink sends out what is known as "ghost call".   When their is no one on the other end.  They continue to send those call out.  That is their flaw.  And they are not fixing their flaw.

Granted that each organization may have few good employees vs the bad employees.  Marketlink at this time had plenty of bad ones.    

Multiple ghost calls are illegal.  Marketlink Inc has broken the rule and is trying to deny it.  

For those of you who have Comcast, Warner, Cox etc.  Contact the providers and tell them your experience with Marketlink Inc.  asked them to see if they used Marketlink Inc.  If they do then.  Let them know the truth about Marketlink Inc. practice.  

If you like Marketlink Inc.  tell them.
If you do not like Marketlink Inc. then tell them also.

These company are the one who can make Marketlink think twice.
