Maybe u people should pay your bills and not spend thousands of dollars on carnival seamiles visa cards that you cannot pay back... if you paid your bills they wouldn't have to call you. As for the ones being rude to you, well there's no excuse for that so I can understand why you would be angry. But as for the other agents who follow procedure and are respectful to you on the phone, they're just doing their jobs so don't be upset they they are calling you with the number that bank of america, barclays bank, khols and other companies have provided them with.

I've also been harassed by this number to my Grand Central Number.  Glad I can screen it.  They were claiming I owed them money for a credit card I paid off long ago.

Called said I owed $$$ on my Kohls charge and that she called to negotiate a payment of $200.00.  I do not carry a balance on that card so I knew it was a lie.  I hung up and she called back sort of threatening.

Called me on my cell and asked me to send them $4,000+ on my credit card.  I pay directly to the bank every month.  I was told that I was deliquent on this account.  Not true.  They then asked me for my home address!  Duh! I just made a major purchase because of my credit score.  This is a scam!

We received a few calls recently and asked them to put us on their do not call list. The guy called right back and I answered this time and mentioned that they have called us and we have asked twice for them to stop. He asked me if my was something he had on file, I told him no, that the name he gave was a combination of mine and my husbands name. The funny thing is that he said they were a collection agency however, we have no credit cards so I find that odd. Whatever you do, don't give your real name or any of your social. This company was identified as Tritium Card Services, but they sound awfully shady to me. I went and requested a free credit report immediately after hanging up!

My Mother, who lives in Oregon, received a call from an unknown caller, who said that they represented a company called Tridium (maybe Tritium?).  The caller said that they were trying to locate me and would not give any other information, unless she provided them with personal information to identify me.  She told them that I didn't live there, and refused to give them any further information.  She then called me.  In fact, I have not resided in Oregon since 1973, and all of my accounts are assoiciated with my current address.  She gave me a point of contact and a number (877-647-2700).  I don't know if I should call back, or ignor the call.

They called me and and just sat there and said nothing so I hung up.  I called back and hung up. If you do owe a debt.  Try to get them to disclose the information to a friend, and your debt is canceled.  It's the law.  Get on their nerves like they get on yours. Don't say yes or no, this is the person you want.  And just keep asking them what they want.  They give in, debt is gone.  I see this company is hiring.  I should go in and help relieve some people of their debt!!!  HAHA-HAHA-HAHA

Have been receiving unknown calls on my caller ID which I have not answered. My minutes went over because Altells records indicated that I had spoke to them so 1 min was charged for many many incoming calls to my bill. Anyway, I was able to convince Alltel to reverse the charges. As a result... today I saw another unknown call pop up on my id so decided to answer so I could see where the call is coming from... It was from this Tritium Card Service and they were calling about my Bank of America account. I informed them that I had hired an attorney to negotiate my debt and provided them with her name and number... but they continued to question me. Finally, I asked them what their address was and was told that for privacy reasons they couldn't disclose that information. I asked what number the call was coming from and the operator told me it was from 1-877-207-2500. I called the number back and asked again for the addressa and was once again told they couldn't tell me.... until I asked for a supervisor. I do have a recording feature on my cell phone so when he answered I informed him that the call was being recorded and asked for the address. He gave me this address for general correspondence:

    PO Box 15971
    Wilmington Delaware
    19850

Thanks for the message about tridium.  I've been receiving several calls from tridium asking for my daughter who no longer lives at home. I've refused to give them any information.  They wouldn't say what type of company they were, just that it was a time sensitive business matter.  I was given the same phone number to have her call back.  If they call again, I will tell them to stop harassing me.  Thanks.

Our experience is with Tritium is quite different, also.

We phoned us a couple of times about a delinquent Dell account.  I checked online to see if Tritium is an actual business.  It is.  I phoned Dell Financial Services, using the Dell online contact information, and double checked first about the account we were supposed to have had (they didn't have one with our personal information), Dell does use Tritium and confirmed the telephone number I were given by Tritium.  When I called Tritium back, the gentleman was very polite, gave me the online government site for consumer theft, told us to get the affidavit there, fill it out, take it to our police department, file a police report, and to fax both back to Tritium.

I would have preferred to do other things today, but catching someone setting up bogus accounts in our names now is better than trying to repair our credit report several months from now because someone used  our information to go on a spending spree.

same thing happened to me.  I've received several calls from 516 390 6500 and they left no message; just hung up.  When I called from a land line it answered Tridian card services and asked for my social.  I refused and hung up.
