- collegestudentwow... can anything be done about these people? I have been getting calls from them over the pass few weeks but for some reason i always miss it, so all i get is a miss call on my call log... i'm so glad i decided to look it up and found this page! i know now not to answer it even if i do hear it. what do they want from us though? and why so persistent? don't they usually move on to the next number if they can't get through to us?
- Marcy replies to BOOTSThey can't hear you.....they don't check this site. They are FMR Associates doing a survey on FM radio listening in the Tucson area. You can go to www.visittucson.org and have your number removed from their list. They are not telemarketers....they are not affiliated with politics....they are just a radio survey site. Relax, people.
- Marcy| 1 replyThey are fmrassociates.com a Tucson FM radio survey site doing a survey on the FM listening habits of Tusconans. Go to their web site and request to be removed from their auto-dialing program. They're very cooperative and nice.

- Mike OdetteThey usually call just about the time I get in bed. Annoying to say the least. If I had my way, I'd wouldn't have a land line!

- Janie| 1 replyPlease remove my name from this number. They keep calling me. 520-290-3741
- blahThis "Radio Survey" called us. My husband ("John") answered the phone and agreed to take their "quick" survey. They then began to call us every night, several times a night, always asking for "John". I asked nicely to to stop calling us. They would just hang up and call back. I started cursing at them. They would just hang up and call back. I finally told them that we are on the Do Not Call list. (We are.) She said that since "John" agreed to take the survey, it protected them. I told them that "John" wasn't my husband and that he had no authority to agree to anything on my phone line. (Yes, I lied.) That stopped the calls for a month. Today they've started up again.

- Jane Ann| 1 replyReceived my first call from them tonight. Will call the Arizona State Attorney General's Office tomorrow and report them. For those of you who don't know, the recent sequester eliminated the do-not-call list as a "budget cut." The telemarkets have been turned loose on us again.
- Caller: FMR Associates
- calvin replies to Jane AnnBullCrap! Nothing even mentioned on the news, google, or the FTC website. For better or worse, the FTC/DNC still there.
- Sport replies to Get Even Legally| 3 repliesActually, FMR is a legitimate market research company. Do a little digging before you fly off at the handle.
- Beatdown replies to anonymous| 2 repliesCalling that company verifies the authenticity and resale value of your phone number. Only a fool would di that.

- LOULOUGot a call today from this number around 6 PM eastern time, it was the first, but hope it will not continue, I let the answering machine pick up, didn't even leave a message, hung up. I always check the ID before answering, never without doing that. Thought it good idea to at least let you know this number isn't going away anytime soon, from the looks of it....
- MikeAll you need do to stop receiving calls from this company is to send an e-mail to:

- Hopelessly NICE! replies to Just frustratedA 'kindly please take me off your calling list" means absolutely NOTHING to a person getting PAID to MAKE CALLS!!! I believe our number just then goes on to the person sitting next to them, etc, etc, etc. I have NEVER talked to ONE person who does not get upset with telemarketing calls...I can not understand why the program is even in existence. We receive enough ads in the mail, see ads on tv and SEEK out info on the NET if we are interested in getting information for a mortgage..windows...insurance..NEED I GO ON?!!! I consider it 'harassment'! I'm on the 'NO CALL LIST', I've been NICE, I've been rude, NOTHING..NOTHING stops it!!!
