This number ties back to the scam artists at Data Check of Nevada/America, whatever they are going by these days.  They will claim that you bounced a check anywhere from 10 -20 years ago in a town/state you may or may not have ever lived in, to a store/business you may or may not have ever shopped and  that a "wage execution" will occur in 24 business hours if you do not call them back to "resolve this important legal matter".  When you call them, they are nasty and rude.  They will refuse to send you any documentation to support this so called debt.  They will claim they do not have to follow collection laws because they are a "bank guarantor" and they will claim they are not a collection group.  Do yourself a huge favor and get a good call blocker and just block them and never, ever deal with them.  Most definitely do not give or confirm any information.  Here is the list of numbers I have compiled for these idiots:

As a call blocker, I highly recommend the Call Control app....not only does it allow you to block individual numbers by hanging up on them, it also allows you to block calls from entire area codes, which comes in handy if you know that you would never receive a legitimate call from that area code.

Advertising particular makes of call blockers violates TOS.  We have many reports on these people.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

This is exactly what they say to me.  I have tried blocking their numbers but they come from all over the U.S.  even my home state and towns close to mine. I never know if it's them or somebody of importance.   I've blocked approximately 7 numbers so far and then they will call from another.  They call on average 7 to 8 times a day.  I have cussed,  threatened and little more than that to them.  It's always the same woman.

*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

got a call from 559-634-9104 same crap as with the other phones #'s same message...I called back 4 times and finally some lady answered the phone and said "what can I help you with?" I said "Is there something I can you with?" she said "don't take that kind of tone with me" I said "you guys keep calling me, is there something I can help you with?" she said "let me look I am trying to get in touch a Michelle Vasquez" I said and with tone this time...."well this is not her and you have the wrong number" she said "do not talk to me that way I just don't need that kind of attitude from you and hung up...So if any of you are Michelle Vasquez...someone from Alabama, California and who knows where else is looking for you....you have a returned item at your bank and they are trying to get it taken care of in the next 24hrs!!!!
