Many calls over the last 60 - 90 days.  Often more than once a day.  Same MO as above.  Reduce rate on credit cards.  Last call.  Press 2 to be taken off list, etc., etc., etc.  Tried *69 previously but got the "disconnected number" message.  Have actually spoken to individuals twice.  
Told 1st one we on the DNC list.  Said " Well good for you!" and hung up.  Asked second one for a number to call back after checking my current rates - she hung up.  I'd love for someone to catch these suckers!!!!!!!!

called that i qualified for a lower rate on my credit cardS. Not just one card, all my cards. I asked how she knew of all my cards as they aren't associated with one another. She replied they can contact the card company and get ALL my information.
When I told her I thought she was just trying to get me to sign up for her card company and I was on the Do Not Call Registry, she went off at me like a rocket, cussing and telling me how stupid I was.
It felt good when she hung up on ME!

Second time in 3 months received call from this number 1-561-793-8708. Both times wasn't available to answer call. Done a search and found the feed back list,read stories about this being a scam.
Received 1st call Dec. 2007 and just received second call on March 10th 2008. Also on Do Not Call List.
Stop the calling.

3-10-2008 Leaves message about credit card reduction, will not talk when you answer, so I just let machine pick up, I am just so tired of hearing the phone ring, I get at the least of 4 to 5 call an evening from different numbers this is just one of them.  And on the weekends the calls start as early as 7am.

This is a good one...  Has anyone tried to call this number back?  It has been disconnected.  I get calls from this number occasionally and every time I have tried to call them back it says that the number has been disconnected.  Now, if it has been disconnected, how are they spoofing this number to call me?  That does not sound LEGAL to me.  I have reported them to the National DNC to see if they can get to the bottom of this.

I got a call from this number at 9:35 a.m. on 3-11-08. They didn't leave a message and when I went to call back I got a "this number is no longer in service please check your number again" message.

Don't think it's disconnected, because I got a call from them about 20 minutes ago. I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.

Marianne I got a call from the same number at the same exact time as you.  I didn't pick up and I didn't call back.  I'm in the eastern time zone by the way.

I get a call from this number about once a week.   I too have chosen option 2 to be removed from the list.   It doesn't appear to work.

Received call at 9:33 am 03/11/08. I didn't answer and they did not leave a message. I tried to call back and also got the recording of disconnected number. They had just tried to call me. I will never answer the call now and they will tire of calling me. I am also on the DNC.

They just called (March 11, 10:45 NY Time) and asked for me to press 1 to get important information about my credit card rate.  I did so in order to tell them to stop calling me.  When they finally answered, I asked "Who are you?" and they hung up immediately.  

When I tried to return a call to the number below that showed up on my called ID, I got a disconnect message, meaning the caller ID has been set up to show a bogus number.

I just got a call from Gary at 561-793-8708.  At first the recording said he was calling from "Credit CArd Services."  He said he was calling me because of activity on my card.  I asked him if he was from Bank of America.  He said yes.  I asked again:  Do you work for Bank of America.  He said "yes, I work for Bank of America."  When I did not provide him with credit card numbers, he hung up.  
I am on DNC list.

Received call at 11am 3/11/08 did not answer and they did not leave a message.

I just got a call from this number as well - I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, they didn't leave me a voicemail (or at least it hasn't come through yet). I am on the DNC list as well. Annoying.

561-793-8708....I called back and it said it was disconnected. I hate telemarketers.

1-561-793-8708  just called my cell at 10 a.m. today, and the number has called me at the same time at least once a week since January. I never pick up, but this is seriously ridiculous! Something has to be done to get rid of unsolicited phone calls.
Hey, I too would like to report this number to the FCC, but how do I go about doing that?

Called me at 8AM - which violates federal law regarding when telemarketers can call.  I am on the DNC list - promptly reported them.  I have been getting at least 2 calls a week, plus similar mailings for various warranty services.

So I just got a call 10.04 today, no message, disconnected at call back. I have a feeling it isn't disconnected at all, they just recorded that message and are playing it back to all incoming calls. I have a cell phone, and I've never recieved a number from someone I didn't actually give my number too. Is there some sort of legal action that can be taken to make this number stop calling...could i have the number blocked?

I received the same call today 3/11/08 at 10:26am I am living in Alabama and am also on the DNC list.
