I received a call from this number about 5 minutes ago.  They did not leave a message.

Called at 10:00 am, and since I didn't recognize the number I didn't answer. They left no message, but based on what I've read here I have reported them to the DNC list as well. Not sure how much good that will do since it's obviously a spoofed number, but at least I feel better. I hate telemarketers.

Caller did identify themselves. My sister got the same call from the same number. I am on the DNC list as well.

I keep getting calls from this number  561-793-8708.   I am on the do not call list.  They do not speak to me but they continue to call. The calls are very annoying.

I don't answer the phone when I see a foreing area code, and how can I tell it's from outside because when my family and friends call me from Mexico in my phone appears: +52 and their number. so this number it's from Chile (South America), the real number is (56)17-938708.
and this type of calls are spam. I have been received a few phone calls from "London area code" and now from Chile. Two months ago i received one phone call around 7:20am ET from somewhere and when I say "hello" the guy on the other side spoke an unknown language, it was very weird. I'm pretty shure it's spam calls, my advise is if you don't know the number do not answer.

I just got a call from this number on my cellphone. They bombard me on my house phone atleast twice a week and on all 6 of my work lines at all hours of the day. One call after another. All lines are on the DNC list but that doesnt seem to stop anyone from calling. They are extremely rude and it sounds like its being operated out of someones house with screaming kids in the background and tacky music. What do we have to do to make it stop!

Got a call early in the morning on my cell phone!!!!!!!!!!

Received a call from this number indicating they would lower my interest rate on my credit card...thought it was my bank. I was instructed to press 1 to talk to someone.  When I asked what credit card this was in reference to they said either a MC or Visa..again I asked which one and they hung up on me.

Called my cell phone at 10:18 am. on 3-11-08,W. Palm Beach Florida. Google says this is a company calling you saying your car insurance is about to expire when it is not.

These people used to call from London, UK area codes. Now they have switched to the 561 area code. I suspect they will switch again in the next few weeks. Same dumb message, press one to speak to someone, press two to be removed. DO NOT PRESS #2!!! Doing so will only make them call you back more frequently. This company is based somewhere in the south east US. The have a phone system that allows them to spoof a number of different phone numbers and area codes. No matter which number calls however, you cant call the number back.

I received a call from this number and googled it to find that lots of others have received calls too.  Thanks for the heads up everyone.

I am also on the DNC list.  They called my cell phone and since I never answer calls if I don't know the number I didn't answer and no message was left.  Then I googled the number and found this blog about it.

I just got one for the first time at home, but these dolts have been calling my cell a couple of times a week for the past few weeks. My phone service (Comcast) allows me to block specific #'s, so I did so with this one. We'll see if it works. Will check if I can do the same with my cell (Verizon Wireless). Just do a search for your phone service provider and 'block' 'numbers' and you should get instructions for doing so. Hope that works...

I got a call from this number. When I called it back, the recording said it was an international call and I could not complete it as dialed. It's a scam I know. I just got a new car back in December, and I have had other vague calls like this one, trying to sell me car insurance or something like that.

The call came from West Palm Beach, FL it was a recorded message from Heather with an urgent message about credit cards, last week I was getting this same call from a different number, anyway today I pressed one to try and get information about them. The guy that came on the line said his name was Micheal with card services out of Atlanta GA, it was obvious the he was making up the answers to my questions as he went along, I questioned him about him being in GA and the call coming from FL and informed him that I was on the DNC list, but before I could ask him to remove my number from their list he HUNG UP ON ME!!! This has to be a scam my next mission is to find out how to report this to the FCC.

I received call from this no on my cell phone this morning Tue. March 11 2008 around 900am.  I was just going into a meeting.  When I tried to call back   after meeting got a recording stating that the no was no longer in service.  I checked on line and found all these postings about the no. I am on the do not call list for phone and cell phone so  it really  is not right that they can do this .

This number called 12.29 pm . It said: This is Heather from your Credit card Company. You are past due are your payment. A bonce of crap!  I hung up, the phone rang again.  The message kept going and I hung up again. Once again the phone rang- I was P.O. and again the message continued-no real person just a computer generated voice.  I hung up and finally no return call.

This was a auto call with a computer generated message.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST AND THESE TYPE OF ABUSERS ARE REPEATEDLY BREAKING THE LAW!
