I did the same thing, told this Indian guy don't have a virus because I don't have an fffnnn computer and to get my name off his f____king list.

Indian scam. Want access to your computer to install viruses and charge you money.

Had a minute of free time and just in the right mood to answer the call.  Once he started to jibber jabber about Windows support, I interrupted and thanked him for his call.  I kept going and asked him when could we schedule an appt to come to my house and fix my windows!!  Told him that I have a lot of bad air coming into my house due to cracks around the window frames and need them to be fixed and sealed as soon as possible.  He kept trying to tell me about computer problems but I repeatedly told him about MY window problems and if he could not fix them right away I had no use for him.  He cursed at me and hung up   --  oh well, next time I will ask if I am eligible for a free back brace or knee brace or  cruise or lifetime car warranty or can he at least lower my credit card interest rate!

Claimed to be an IT person from Microsoft who, "Wanted to learn me something".  Whenever someone claims to be from some technical support team, simply ask them to tell you your IP address, they hangup

Unknown and left no message.  I do not answer any calls, where it says private, unknown, names I do nor recognize.

Verizon says this number not in service I recd call 10 min ago 2 22 17

Received call 10 minutes ago 2 22 2017, dial back Verizon says not in service SCAM.

Got calls from this number. ID Said Michican. I do not know the number and I do not know anyone from Michican.

First of all, I usually do not pick up my phone if I do not know the calling number. Then I also often checking the posting here to block numbers. Thank you.

Called me at 2:47 PM EST, Thursday, Feb. 23.  Didn't recognize the number, caller ID said "Wireless caller."  Blocked the number.  After reading everyone's experience, glad I didn't answer.

I usually don't answer these calls, but my daughter was over and when the phone rang, she answered it.  It was a guy with a indian accent, and she rudely told him, "He had the wrong number!"  He told her to "F##K OFF"

Dont have caller id!  Had to pay century link $1 to get phone number. He told me my Apple product was having problems. I asked how'd you get my number? He said "We are from Apple!" I said really?.which apple product are you calling about? I have 5 Applle product? He was irritated & said '"your computer"  (Then i hung up) Got called 1 week later. Can't afford call blocking!

 Called while I was out, didn't leave a message.  Caller ID showed "WIRELESS CALLER".  From the descriptions from others it sounds like I missed a tech support scammer.  Since I actually repair computers, none of the other scammers have gotten me to fall for the scam.
