Call them, blocking your number if possible, and give them hell.

Shows up as " card services".  Message - an offer to lower interest rates on credit cards -  always says "This is your last chance!!".    

I have not called back - don't want to waste the time or minutes.

Our # is on the DNC list.  What good is the DNC list if these yokels keep calling???

I get several calls a day from these twits. It's too bad they can't figure out something to do with their time instead of being complete wastes of human DNA.

These idiots have to be working with the bottom feeding debt collectors who call anyone with a live phone number hoping to hit on someone who will hand them money.  Some of these callers get money by requesting the information off your caller ID system and charging your telephone company every time they call.  If they can't rip you off directly by obtaining your personal information, then they can sell it to the debt collectors.  My call was the usual Stimulus Package lower my interest rate warning, MY LAST WARNING.  Gee, I do hope that is true.

I sorry to have to say this but I think these calls are  legal. According to the FTC unless you have gave the company your written permission they can't call you. Because it is cardholder services of every credit card, we have all gave the our written permission because we have all signed contracts.

Me and my family have been blocking the numbers of this company anytime we get a call from them. It works. Its free from Optimum.

We’ve all heard this argument before, that consumers are giving consent to receiving credit card telemarketing calls by agreeing to stuff online, using their credit cards, and such nonsense.
The scammers haven’t said whether or not that includes using your grocery discount card.
Well, It’s NOT a “CONTRACT”, when one party benefits more,  and “cardholder services” certainly always benefits more!
What they are really saying is, they take no responsibility, its just a phone number to abuse, threaten, and harass by robo-dialing.
And fraudulent debt collections expect the American Consumer to help them track down the “debtor” they say their looking for.  
Is it the American Consumers job to try to clean up a new phone number, just to be able to use, or the ”companies” responsibility to obey Laws, and only have and use appropriate information?

As reported in the AARP Bulletin the people (creatures) employed as "card services" scammers are mainly drug-addicts pretending to have an association with various credit card companies in an attempt to fool people into giving them their credit card numbers. When the unsuspecting victim gives the scammers that number they can expect to see hundreds, if not thousands of dollars charged to it on their next statement.Those that are taken in by this scam are unwittingly paying to support the scamming telemarketer's disgusting habits.The "card services" scammers prey mainly on the elderly and the gullible.It is important to make others,especially those in these 2 vulnerable groups, aware of the scam so they will not be taken advantage of.

Called on 3/22 at 10:54 am - did not answer as ID said "Lower Interest."  Unfortunately, there is no point in telling these people that you are on the Do Not Call List.  Argh.

No point at all.  They are scammers and it wouldn't make any difference to them.

Thanks for the lead of Lucre, I get these calls everyday.  when they just called, I hit 1 to talk to a rep and asked who they were trying to reach...the guy hung up on me.  Every day they call...

It is not credit card services. But considering your comments, I question if you work for one of these scam artists.

If it has to do with interest rates on credit cards, you can bet that it is our old friends Rachel and her merry crew.

Think of these "chimos" and dealers in kiddy porn. You have no obligation to answer your phone, look at your caller ID. First, if you don't know who is calling, just walk away from your phones-they will hang up. Remember these people are convicted child molesters.

It didn't work because I just got a call from them this morning at 10:30 AM ~ (March 27, 2013)~ don't they realize that no one wants these calls? .. they're wasting time and money!!  and it's very disturbing to receive a phone call and run to the phone (I have a sick mom)~.. then it's this uninvited intruder!!!

Got another call from these criminals about 15 mins ago.  Why doesn't the government (state/national) come down on these companies that violate the do-not-call list?  And I constantly get calls from investment brokers who tell me they can take me off their list (of course, that's NOT how the "do-not-call" lists work!!).  Meanwhile, the only thing you know about their companies are that TO BEGIN WITH they're breaking the law by calling you.  Not exactly a good basis for forming an investment relationship with them.  Apparently Dun & Bradstreet sells these "lead" phone numbers.
