just got a call from this number and caller id says "card services"  i thought the gov put them out of business.  we are on do not call.. they were told not to ever call us again before.  i got a very smart aleck jerk calling me an old  lady who need a lfie and shoud take up knitting and ask me if i graduated and told me to go clean out my trailer.i told him what he is, too.  he ask me if i have over 3000 in credit card debt.  i told him he got his free obama phone and we are on dnc and he said it doesnt apply to him. next stop, ftc

Same problem..have blocked the number and they use another number. Thought start of new year would stop this,  B.S.  DNC list does not work either.  I do the same and blow my whistle loudly in the phone.  I am very sick of these unwanted callers.  What else to do?

Doesn't anyone out there care to get an Attorney and file a Class Action Suit against this out fit. ??  If I lived in Grand Rapids Mi I would certainly contact an attorney to see if he'd be interested.

number called my cell.  left a 3 second silent voicemail.  I did not call back after see the other notes here.

Several calls in a row.  First two were hang ups and third I answered, got a recorded message about lowering my credit card debt, and when I attempted to get a live person to ask to be removed I was, of course, cut off.  ANNOYING!

a call from this number rang my cell a few minutes ago and apparently left no voice mail. Then I Googled the number and got here. Thank you everyone who has posted about it; edifying!

Just got a call on my cell phone.  Was not available and did not leave a message.  When I called back to see who it was no ring.  Checked out on google and got to this website.  Thanks for all the info shared.

Just another one of the spoofed numbers used by the "card services" scammers. Google my name to learn how I have eliminated their calls, while also having some fun!

These scammers called my cell phone at 7:19 am. I don't get that much sleep so when THAT gets interrupted, it infuriates me. I'll try that android app "Blocker".  Thanks for mentioning it, MD Cell.

I was called on my cell phone during an important business meeting at work.  A recording threatened me regarding an overdue credit card payment.  This is a lie. My number has been on the DO NOT CALL list for a long time.
