Amazon customer service won't let you call a vendor directly. A Fed-Ex driver delivered 1 of 2 packages, but not the "2 of 2." When I called Amazon customer service to try to get the driver to come back with my second package, they put in an order to the Fed-Ex facility to do it. Later the facility called me and asked for the tracking number, which I didn't have at the time. They said if I wanted I could call back with it to maybe get the driver to come back, but when I called them back, I got an Amazon recording...quit with the paranoia. The number is legit from La Puente, Ca.

1, your reply is 2 years too late.
2, why would you call Amazon instead of FedEx to get the FedEx delivery to return?
3, how could you reach Amazon if you were calling FedEx?
4, just because this number "is legit from La Puente Ca" doesn't mean all calls from it are from whomever you're claiming it belongs to.
5, why are you even here since you apparently already know to whom this number belongs?

This is from a purchase I made on Amazon. I left a one star review & they used this number to call me back about why I left the review I posted. My call from this number was valid & about my Amazon.

Caller ID says this number is from "Bethelhem handicraft olive wood virgin statues" ( Not Legit ) BUT caller is calling me to delete a negative customer review for item received on Amazon. The caller is very persistent and has called and emailed me multiple times.  I assume this to actually be a 3rd Party Contractor under contract by Amazon/Sellers  that receives return products to get negative reviews removed from Amazon customers. I have read a lot of stories regarding this happening but is my first to receive. The call came from location was a domestic line from La Puente, California. I can understand a Customer Service business working to rectify product issues for Amazon sellers, but please give your true identity. A legit business should be forth coming and be proud of their business.

I received a call from a vendor I bought from this number with another Amazon seller on it. Weird! But after confirming the vendor through private emails I asked how they used this number. I was told this is a switching number for Amazon sellers to contact purchasers. This is Amazon's rules so either to keep sellers information private or keep buyers from un wanted phone call solicitations. Sure doesn't seem right. I returned a product and seller wanted my negative review changed.

A man calls me at 1030 at night about a package and proceeded to cuss me out. Not sure why Amazon calling after 8pm.
I will have to say these are 100% scammers.

That is a heck of a feat since it is only around 7:30 pm on the East Coast!

I ignored the call at first no message was left. I answered the second call, turns out it was the seller of a kinda big order I placed on Amazon. The order was over $1,000 and they just wanted to call to let me know their warehouse is close by and they wanted to do a delivery with their in-house team rather than FedEx.

Legit - left a voicemail about a return I'd just started with the exact information I left in Amazon about the return. No oddball stuff about gift cards or recorded voices. Left a name and a detailed message and a different call back number.

Amazon left a msg telling me I can get full refund back cause I left a bad review. Called that fake number and its a robotic VM. Scammers all the way.

Caller ID said amazon service so I answered cause I had an order placed. He told me they could not ship order with out my last name. So I gave my last name and I told him I have never had a problem  with that   before. He got quiet and said no more. I called Amazon customer  service right after the call and the told me they don't call about an order they email. So that really  scared me but the person I was talking to said  don't worry  as long as I didn't give any other info there should not be a problem

They called me 5 times in a row back to back. So unprofessional so obvious they are probably just scammers. Got a voicemail with an Indian accent guy asking over and over hello is this Connie? With nothing else significant in that message. they used my Amazon account name so they were probably just super excited thinking they have something on me to go phishing for.

Long story short: I contacted Amazon customer care. This number is not Amazon. Amazon dose not call people in this way. They said that this was ‘highly inappropriate’ and said they were reporting this to their security department.

This number left me a vm saying they were Amazon. Asking me to go and review a purchase I had recently had delivered. I went to check this out and see if anyone else on Amazon within the reviews sections stated a similar exp. I then realized my review privileges had been revoked. These two things could be unrelated. But they happened Simultaneously.

Yes,same lady called left a voicemail about my previous order. Weird coz I never get calls from vendors thru amazon.

I received a voicemail msg. telling me that my order for GK-61 brown smoke goggles were out of stock and I needed to get back with them to continue with my order. I NEVER ordered from them. I did place an order for goggles from Amazon and they have already been shipped.  I researched the number and saw that it is quite questionable. I’m ignoring their call and will wait to see if I get my goggles on Thursday as noted.

If it was a "Legit Call from Amazon support" you would have no reason to be here since you already know who called you.
