Restraunt survey. What a joke.

Got a call last night at 7:45 from 646-467-6665.  Fortunately (now that I've read this site) I missed it, and since I didn't know the number I didn't try back.

I get calls at least 4 days a week from # 646-467-6665.  This is an agressive and relentless soliciter.

Their toll free number for incoming business calls is 1-888-391-9991.  Call them back on that number and lets see how they like having their time wasted on unwanted calls on their money maker line.

first time i got one is today. just now. if they continue ill report the number to the FCC, i have to again anyways for another matter concerning a satellite company.

I just received a second phone call from 1-646-467-6665 and this time I was home to answer it.  I didn't catch the gentlman's name that called or for which survey company he worked, but I did find out that this survey is being conducted by Metro North (at least that is what he claimed).  Since my husband just recently bought tickets with a credit card, I assume that is where they obtained our information.  I very nicely explained that "I do not accept these types of calls and if you could please put me on your NO CALL list, I would appreciate it".  He very kindly said he would.  Now we will see if they honor my wishes and not call again.

Been called several times a day from this number. The first time I picked up and asked them to not call again, as they provided no information at all about who they were or what the information would be used for. Still receiving calls from this number. I just filed formal complaints with the Do Not Call registry, as well as the FCC. I would encourage all of you to do the same, and get these folks shut down.

My home line is unlisted and I have caller ID.  I have not answered the phone when this number shows up, and my phone does not record every time the number has been called from, just the most recent call.  I believe I have gotten a call a day for 4 - 5 days.

This time, they claimed to be doing a survey on local grocery shopping. Hung up on them. Will report to the do-not-call registry.

Obviously reporting these fools for violating the DNC list is not working.  This is one of several sites listing complaints against this company and many have reported them with no results.  Time to try something else.  Here are a few possibilities:

1)Check your local laws regarding harassment and if one applies to phone harassment, file charges or sue them
2)find out who they represent and contact them
3)block the number
4)contact your gov't representative and urge them to pass laws regulating phone survey companies
5)pay them a visit in person if you are in the nyc area (218 w40th street new york,ny 10018 2nd floor)
6)anything else you can think of.  Think! There has to be a way to shut them down!

These slimeballs connect, but disconnect as soon as you say "You're not supposed to be calling..." /click/ or, if you use a machine, as soon as the machine answers. The presence of the name "survey" in the company name should not, in itself, give them the right to make repeated and unwanted intrusive marketing calls to numbers on the registry. Check out their website, www.universalsurvey.com - they brag about their ability to build spam call lists. I've complained to the national registry and also to the NJ state "do not call" list.

They called. They said they wanted information. We said that we don't give out information. The person on the other end said "Uhhhhh ...." and we hung up. We are on the no call list; they should not be calling. Don't give them information. Probably some kind of scam.

It said they were a survey company when I called them back (used *67 to block my cell number).  It comes up unavailable on my caller ID (which I thought was illegal with the new telemarketing laws.  I will report to better business bureau!!!

These people have called at least three times a day for a week.  I have tried to answer, nobody is there.  I reported them on the National Do Not Call Registry, as we have been on the list since June 2007.  I have no idea if that will work.

I received a call tonight at 744pm 12/30/07 a sunday.  I reported to DONOTCALL.GOV. I don't have a whistle or an air horn so the next time they call I'll turn up the Billy Mays commercial and let him yell at them about what he's selling and they can listen to that (chances are one of his commercials will be on) maybe they won't call back.

They called wanting to do a survey in return for $5.00.

This number called at 7:05 pm and hung up without leaving message when call went to voice mail.  I sent the Company an email officially requesting that my phone number be placed on their DO NO CALL list.  We shall see if they honor my request.
