They are harassing us as well.  Let's bait them, then have them shot.  I haven't answered the phone but I CERTAINLY WILL and will promise them a lawsuit as ALL of you should!

Called 6 times in the last week. I don't answer it, and it never goes to vmail.rings 4 times and quits.

I missed the call, 10:35am. Caller ID said Cellular call 1-646-467-6665 I googled the number and it brought me here, I'm glad I missed the call now- besides I don't answer my phone unless I know who it is.

They called yesterday and I made the mistake of answering, but I declined to take their survey and here a day later, their calls are coming again. IT shows as coming from a Cell phone - is this a work around to the "Do Not Call" list?

Got a call from this number but I was not home. ON my caller ID it just gave the phone number and said cellular call.

We are on the Do Not Call list, and get calls from 646-467-6665 every week or so. Clearly they are an illegal, rogue outfit with equipment sophisticated enough to get through the telco software we pay for that is supposed to block calls CallerID cannot identify. Or maybe Congress created a special loophole for these crooks after palms were greased ... er, after campaign contributions arrived.

Have you noticed how these rogue crooks have untraceable phone numbers that are a mystery to the phone company, and a mystery to the phone number trace systems on the Internet?  Are the crooks really more skilled at making calls - thousands upon thousands of  calls - than anyone is at finding who and where they are?

Are you that naive?

Got called Friday night.  Didnt answer. They called at 8:50 two nights ago. Friends at work with Cingular phones get called from this number constantly.

Called and asked for my husband. When I asked who was calling they told me they were calling to do a short survey. I told him to take us off his list and  he told me NO.  I told him again and he said NO Call Ya Back! This is pissing me off! They call at all times!

I have recieved numerous calls form this number (646-467-6665) at all hours of the day and night. I did not recognize the number so I did not pick up the phone. I am on a "do not call" list. I have an elderly relative in N.Y. and this call has caused me to make numerous calls to make sure she is okay.

This number been showing up on my phone on a regular basis, and it's annoying! I googled this number, I found this website and looks like there's many that's complaining as well. I thought of getting Call Intercept, it will block that number if you add it to your block list. I don't know for sure if this will work but I will ask the phone company. Just a thought, if it's from a cell phone, that person probably have an SIM card on his cell phone, it's possible. I wonder if getting an voIP phone will help, it'll show on your incoming calls?

Calls everyday from this number 1-646-467-6665, I don't answer, usually just pick up and hang up. These calls have come in the morning, afternoon and evening. Started 5/7/07

I saw this number on my caller id today,  5/11/07 5:59 p.m.no message left and it came up as unavailable.This is my first experience with this # and hopefully the last from what i'm reading on this site

hi dee, how do you choose to block a number on the call intercept? I didn,t know that was an option.

called me at 7:52 PM and when I answered they hung up.

Claimed they were doing a political survey.

Annoying calls keep coming from this number, ins spite of being on DoNotCall.gov, etc. Never leaves message, asks for "Lady of the house" etc.

Five calls at all hours (and Sunday) for past three days from these clowns. I do not pick up and no message.  I'm on the DMA and FCC no call list.  Annoying.

I don't know how interested any of you are or if you have the time for this idea, but it's worked for me in the past. If you go here and download the "Call not completed, please check number or call operator" wav file and record it to your answering machine the calls will stop. I recorded it and let it keep running so the pause before the beep is so long they'll hang up before it so it doesn't tip them off. The only thing is, you'll need to let others know so they don't think you've been disconnected or check your ID and call them back.
