this time they called and said there was a law suit pending.

I got a call from a computer emulating an older man from: 646-502-6605 telling me that a lawsuit has been filed against me in the county court. No court mentioned nor any  other information.  He advised to call him back and left a number.

this number has called twice todaysaying a lawsuit was pending.  To call back before they went to the county court.

This number has called twice today; indicating they were from the fraud division of the govt.  They wanted me to call a return number to avoid further action of a law suit pending.  I did not get the return number; as I have been called by several of these creeps.  I will not give them the satisfaction.  Later tried the above number and got an all circuits busy; and also a ring no answer.  This is fraud; just using the common criminal phone number to try to get someone to bite.  FRAUD!!

I have received THREE calls in the last six hours from this number stating to call because there is a case against me in the county office.  I do not even live in NEW YORK!  I have received numerous calls on other days from this and I am getting very tired of this number popping up.

They say I'm named in a lawsuit so call them.  I call the # and it rings but No one answers

Called this morning around 10:30; the only reason I answered was the area code is the same as a family member. Said 'hello' several times but no response. Right from the scammers playbook.
