[***] at Facebook, calling at all hours of the day and night. Jerks.

got 2-3 calls over past few days... automated voice says my FB code XXXXX. Also got a text message every time they call with the same FB access code.... Fraud,, scam. Don't respond to this number,,, add it to the reject list

It IS Facebook verification. I edited my business page and changed the phone number. They called to verify that I have authorization to make changes and provided a code to enter on the website.  The phone number was changed quickly. Still waiting for an update to my address.
Calling it an "unknown" call type, below, only because there is no category option that is correct.

Same thing happened to me and this guys called me while i was studying which also made me curious to how he found my number or got it

Just get called from this number too. Now 00.30 in Indonesia... It's so upsetting

I received a call about 8 times, around 6:20 pm Manila time from +1 (650) 285-1001
Palo Alto, CA, United States . I refused to answer it because I don't even know any friend or relatives that I have from Palo Alto, CA but only from Kansas. It's not my attitude to jut accept calls from unknown people. Good thing, I've made the right decision not to answer it! Because of the reports that I just have read on this page.

Called 2 Times tonight

As soon as they sd they were from Facebook, I hung up.Also received 3 texts from another number, but also claiming to be FB.

Getting texts from 2 numbers back to back with the same code. Today same 2 numbers texted back to back a new code but same in both texts. One texted 4times within 5 mins the same code. Then a few mins later this number called with the same code. Definitely a scammer. I have no emails verifying a request  for pw or anything. I don't appreciate this crap at all hours and especially when they call while I'm dealing with the stomach virus.

Its from fb when you request a verification code to log in I receive a call from them every time I log into my fb account from an unknown browser due to my security settings on fb

This was ACTUALLY Facebook. It was an automated call that I initiated by trying to verify my business page. they called with a code that I was supposed to enter to verify my new Facebook Page

Called me at 9:15 PM and left no message. Blocked.

Automated recording, provides 4 digit PIN to log into your fb account

Got calls from different locations. I did not answer tho

Recieved a call from this number on Easter morning.  Quite a departure from the other postings about this number..."666" was the short and SICK voicemail left...
