There is someone who keeps harassing me, and I want it to stop.  they are either calling from SKYPE or some other service on 661 380-3000

I decided to block this number.

I have received numerous calls from the number 661-380-3000, today telling me that I was going to be given a large sum of money.  I asked the individual for his name and he told me his name was Mr. Bansmith and he worked for the federal government and he was called from the grant department to let me know that I was going to get the money today, but I would have to go to the post office or a Western Union and pay the processing fee of $199.00.  This really concerns me because first of all if I was going to be receiving money from the federal government I am sure that they would be asking me to provide certain information.  This individual did not ask for any information he just said that I would have the money today as soon as I went to the post office or Western Union.  I know that some of the calls can be ligitimate but at the same time I feel that people having nothing better to do that to try and figure out ways to scam people.

I also got this phone call today, but at that time i was talking with my friend n didn't pick up,coz i have been noticed the area code is 661 which is not LA area.

Well it is a good thing you did not answer the call because you may have been informed that you would be getting a large sum of money.  Ha! This number has blew my phone up today and I hardly ever get a lot of calls in one day except for calls from family members.

I received a call from this number at 1;45 A.M. I answered it; I hung up too fast to hear much message.

I received a call from 661 380 3000 on my cellular phone I wasn't able to answer it because I was on another call with a friend.  This number is unknown to me and my caller ID just showed the number who have called.  I used another phone to return the call but no one answered. I thought it was a prank call so I searched on the internet about this number 661 380 3000 ... lo and behold ... I saw a lot of postings about this bad caller. I want him thrown in jail for the nuisance and disturbance he/she is causing.  I am being charged $2.00 from my limited minutes  for these prank calls. Could anybody out there  please tell me what to do to have this crank caller pay for his/her misdeeds?

No, that number is def being used for scams.  I got 2 calls last night - at 11:22 pm and 11:43 pm.  No accidental missed dial.  That fool was trying to get me to buy some of what he was selling.

At 1:37 a.m. EST,  Thursday July 28, I was AWAKENED from a deep sleep by this number...that did show on my cell phone. I researched it's origin when I woke an wahlah yes it is this harassing number: (661) 380-3000!  I am going to continue to research this and plan to report it to as many authorities as possible. BTW....iF YOU ARE THE RIDICULOUS PERSON WHO HAS NO LIFE AND IS DOING THIS, I want you to know,that I have a very close friend who is a SECRET SERVICE AGENT! I am going to report this and you are going to get CAUGHT! CAUGHT!!!!!!! HERE THEY COME AFTER YOUR "ILLEGAL PHONE HARASSING SEL. YOU DO KNOW SUCH HARASSMENT IS ILLEGAL IN AMERICA!

This number keeps calling my cell and does not answer. It is really annoying

The person or persons making these calls are also posing as Representatives of Accor North America
the company that owns Motel 6.
They call and tell you that they are calling from the Corporate office and that they are hiving trouble with
their main computer systems.
Then they go on to say that due to these problems that your location will NOT be able to do the night audit , they then ask you for all your occupied rooms , so that they can reload then into the main computer in order for you to do your night audit.
After getting the room numbers , they start calling and pranking the rooms , waking up your guest all hours of the night.

Please DO NOT ever give out the room numbers of the guest , Accor's Corporate Office would NEVER call you and ask for this information.
And even more importantly than this is the safety of your Guest .

Please just hang up , then report the Number !!!
