received a call from this number at 2:39pm today right after a call from unknown # and name.

Wow, it seems we are all in the same boat.  My calls came in at 2am and 4am.  What is this deal and how are they getting out numbers?  How do we block these calls?

661-380-3000 is a Skype phone #.  If you have your phone or cell phone # listed under your profile, people can access it and make phone calls to you.  You can go into Skype and delete your phone #'s.  

My son is in Afghanistan and calls from Skype.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone last night at 9:09 PM but did not answer it.  I live in the Chicago area.  No message was left.

I saw the same ## calling me, missed couple time when I answered, it was niece calling me from SKYPE. it is a Skype ### and it shwos CA. hope it helps.

Stop Calling

I just received a call from 661-380-3000  they did not leave a message

I think it simply a generic number that skype uses when someone calls from skype to a cell or landline.

I got a call last night from this number, they said I called them and it showed up on their caller ID as Mom. Which I told them I did not call them, they called me. Then he said well are you my mom I said not unless your name is B**** M****, the he laughed and claimed to be my son. Connection was very poor and broken up I just hung up on him...not turly sure what type of scam they were pulling!!!

I did text me son after to verify it was not him and see if he knew the number.

I got several calls from this #, decided to answer after reading all the posts.
It was a call reminder from a doctor's office.  This number must belong to a call service.

I receive calls from this number on a daily basis....and I am NOT exaggerating!  I know it is my ex boyfriend (from 3 yrs ago) as we had remained friends up until a few months ago.  I also saw my work and cell numbers listed on his skype acct last year, which explains all the calls I was getting then as well!  Can you say psycho?!!!!  Isnt there a way to find out where the computer is located to determine where the calls are coming from or is this something the police have to do??

I didn't answer the call but found out afterwards it was my husband calling me locally from his Skype number.  His Skype number shows up on my caller ID as several different numbers for some reason.  Must be how Skype funnels their calls.  Sounds like calls coming in on this number can be either legitimate or illegimate calls that simply use Skype.

Just got 3 calls in a row from this number......all I could hear was back round noice and sirens.......was very annoying plus because I'm on crutches...i had to try and get to the phone the first time......who ever this is is a freak and a pain in the [***]

Got a call from this number, with an incredibly rude prank caller on the other end with a heavy accent. Knew my address and repeated to me on the phone, then made very rude remarks about me and the costumes I make and sell. Defiantly not someone I know personally.

They just called me twice. I don't have a Skype and I don't know anybody overseas. It said something like a crime or something. They also said my name which I think is really creppy. Does anybody have an explanation?

I got three calls from this number, all I heard was it was in a wind tunnel I then blocked the number and started getting calls from unavailable numbers. Wish I could block those to it's almost 10:30 pm here.

These people called me at 11:30p.m. at night and want to know if a product I had purchased via the internet was working well. Then they kept transferring me back and forth to different people and playing a huge prank. 6613803000 was the number that called me.

I am getting prank calls from this number. One was a prank conference call. Another claimed to be an 82 year old man named Robert Chandler, calling to tell me to stop harassing his son. Some friends of mine in the Gainesville, Florida area also get calls like this. Calls are at all times of the day and tend to come in spurts lasting a few days then none again for months. Calls are sometimes profane. I have also gotten prank IP relay calls with similar content. Some come in as restricted; others as garbled numbers (e.g. 123456). I first got these about a year ago, but my friends had been getting them for longer than that.

Call came in. No one on the other end. Not even a recording.

Skype call from a family member overseas!!!!    

Normally, it's a different number that i have coded on my phone.
