I received three calls from this number.  They left long voicemails that were nothing but clicks.  They're now blocked! :)

Skype Call. Not necessary from oversea.

I received a call at almost 1 am from this number, they left no message

That # called me and said that I was getting a grant from the u.s. Guv
But then hung up.then I was like..I never asked 4 a grant from n e one
so yeah that [***] is crazy kuz I just got this phone a day ago and no one has
This # or know that I got this new phone.

My wife and I have Skype - both phone and internet only.  She called me on it twice yesterday using my skype phone number and the first time it registered this caller id.  It is a skype issue, but not necessarily malicious. 000-012-3456 also shows up often when she calls me.

I also called myself from Skype and my cell recorded this number.

I just had a 13 minute call with this number called to my cell phone... I have my own business and they called asking ALL types of info concerning products, and colors, and everything. Sounded like a man, but said "her" name was Kelly.. I just kept giving "her" product info... and all the while being very polite, and courteous of my time.. I then checked my minutes on my phone thinking maybe they were charging me for being an out of country or scamming my phone bill or something.. IDK the only thing I could tell that was odd was that the call was 13 minutes and my phone says 24minutes..

I had a call from this number and declined it since I did not recognize the number.  My wife, who was overseas was trying to call via Skype.  She had used skype before but I'd never seen that #.  I suppose there's some funny business going on so I'll continue to decline any calls from numbers I do not recognize.  
Modern technology.  Easier ways to screw us.

I just got a call from this number and was thrilled to hear my son's voice!  He was calling from overseas via Skype.  Some of you may be getting calls at odd hours due to the time difference.

This number appeared on son's caller id when I called him overseas from Skype as well.

I just got a call from this number.. First I saw two blocked numbers in a row and then from this number. I picked up and said hello a couple times and mo response

Called me at 5:25 am! I answered and they hung up.

It's a Skype call, people!

I think we all understand the call is coming through Skype. That doesn't mean we aren't being harassed. We came here to try and figure out what's going and on and what to do - continuously mentioning it's from Skype isn't helpful.

These people called me 6 times within 3 minutes today. They were vulgar, rude, harassing, etc. Very scary and frustrating.

I just received a series of calls.  The first was 000-123-4765, the second was this number 661-380-3000, and then finally unknown.  I answered the last one and it was Skype.  My guess is that the fake calls are just using Skype.  So it's a hit or miss on whether it's legitimate.

I've been getting calls - on my cell phone - from area code 661 and area code 866 for a couple of weeks now.  I do not answer the call, and no message is left.  If I do not recognize a number I do not answer.  Something needs to be done to put these things to death.

I recieved 2 phone calls from this number on my cell phone. When I called the number back, I got an automated message saying, "No routes found." Sketchy, sketchy, sketchy....
