They had the nerve to send a text message to my phone! Really, you are going to text me to collect money? I find that highly unprofessional.

I just love this website.  I got a call from this number, with them leaving a message with no indication of what they were calling about or who they were.  I've tried to call them back a few times - but there is always a hold time.  Sorry - I don't have time to waste.  

I filed bankruptcy earlier in the year, and it has recently been discharged.  I sincerely hope they call back and try to get rude with me when I give them my filing number and discharge date.  I could use a little extra money - and I'm sure my lawyer wouldn't mind the extra money either.

Got a call from this number this morning while in Kroger.  I thought it might be a friend of mine calling as her cell phone is in the 678 area code but I don't have the number in my address book so I answered the call.  I got a recording that this was "not a sales call but regarding an important business matter" and that I needed to return the call and gave me this number.  I hung up.  

When I got home from Kroger, I came to my computer and logged into my cell account and immediately put this number on my blocked callers list.  This number will never ring on my cell phone again.  

I have no idea what they could want with me - why can't they send me some kind of paperwork in the mail about what this "important business matter" is for me to check out instead of calling and leaving a message that I need to call them back but they won't identify themselves or tell me why they're calling?  I'm not calling them back!

They are calling multiple times before 8AM. They have NO regard for the law.

They are doing the same thing, only changing their ID to "HC," quick lookup of the number said they are the same old folks.  To Wise - don't make assumptions - makes an a** outta you.  They are calling for someone I do not even know and, they don't give up.  Very rude.  And, lots of BBB complaints against them, hence an F rating

This company called my mothers house and were rude to the nurse that takes of her. I called them and they were rude. They wanted me just to send them my power of attorney for my mother. They would not say anything about why but were Rude. They said they were going to send a letter to my mother and hung up. I cannot wait for the letter.

Being reported to police for asking social security number.

Perhaps you, Tray might want to invest in a book on spelling and grammar since this post suggests you are communicating at about a 3rd grade level.

I keep getting calls, from PAB for bills that are not mine...the calls are rude, unprofessional, and very obnoxious!
This firm must be stopped.

Received my first call from these guys this morning.  Listened to the recorded message and called right back, because to my knowledge I had NO past due bills.  My obvious fear was ID theft.  Come to find out they were collecting on a bill that is rightfully mine, but that I NEVER received from the hospital.  A very small bill for a portion of ER services provided nearly a year ago.  This collection agency had my address wrong.  So, at what point was the ball dropped on my address?  Hard to explain, since I received several OTHER bills from the hospital for the very same visit.  Furthermore, the hospital had the correct phone number.  Why was I not called by them?  And why not months ago??  So the first I hear of this bill is from a collection agency?  How long was this bill in collections?  Who forwarded it to collections?  Of course, they would not tell me that.  They would tell me nothing about the exact service or the name of the providing physician, etc.  This is MOST unsatisfactory.  

I will say this though.  Although the guy I spoke with was really no help in the way of determining what the bill was actually for, he was also not rude to me.  I know they are just trying to collect something that is owed.  I just want to know HOW this happened.

Thankfully, my wife called the hospital, and we are paying them directly, but still... Is anyone going to compensate me for MY time spent dealing with this issue that shouldn't even be an issue in the first place??  Instead of simply writing and mailing a check, I will have spent time
a) discussing the situation with the collector AND the hospital,
b) sifting through last year's bills in a vain attempt to find an unpaid medical bill
c) monitoring credit reports, and possibly disputing/correcting errors stemming from this mistake that was not even mine

I have a 4 hour minimum, so I guess someone will owe me.

They appear to be very good at having wrong numbers...wrong number here too.

So the replies on here that are supporting the collection agency are from people that wok for the collection agency.  It is very obvious.  1) they are written almost exaclty the same, many times all in caps.  But, it is a different name sending it .. hmmm .. 2) and this one is the funniest, this site is for people that have been receiving these calls and do not know why or are upset about it .. so, why would someone look up this site if they know what the calls a rea bout and are supportive of them?  They are employees trying to influence.

They called me, I called back and said I have not been to the doctor in 10years, they hung up on me.

I'm so glad I found this site with the information everyone provided.  I had a baby in February and was not aware that my insurance company didn't cover the entire amount.  PAB called me at work and I was stunned because I've never had a collection agency call me before.  They were so rude and very threatening.   When I asked if I could set up a payment plan for the amount, they told me, "No' and went on to tell me how much available credit I had on my credit cards. She even told me you can just pay us with your credit card and then set up a payment plan with your credit card company.... Some nerve!!!  While on hold, I googled them and decided to call the hospital instead.  I was able to settle the debt with the hospital instead of the PAB.

So I get a call from this number at least one to two times a month...I never pick up and they always leave a message for Adina Strickland, hellllooooo my name is on my answering machine and it is far from Adina Strickland. SMH

Repetitive calling no message left. Calling at night after 9pm, calling multiple times on Saturday and Sunday

I just got a call from this number and no one spoke on the line,,so I called it back out of curiosity. I got some guy named Gilbert tryingto say that they got this from Cobb County Hospital and how much we supposedly owe.. I nearly peed myself . Funny thing is this was paid ( and we had confirmation it was paid) by our insurance carrier.
The guy ,,when I tried to explain it to him , got beligerant and said " Yeah sure,, if you paid it why the hell did we get it then?". I told him I havent a clue,, but he needs to get his [***] strait and stop getting strong with a Marine,,Ill show up at his place of work...He then got nice and said they would look into it,,whatever that means.

You are  a very rude person, Tray. It takes courage to say things to someone's face. You must have some major anger issues to be this rude. Remember that you can easily become one of the world's struggling people  in an instant. I hope your job does not impact people. You need some help.
