- BrandiI've been getting calls from this # to my fax for my business. I printed out my call log and they called me 27 times in 2 days. I called the 1 800 # they gave me and told them i wanted to be taken off their call list. They were very rude and unprofessional and said they could not do that. So i demanded a supervisor and threatened harrassment charges and they took me off. But it took about 3 days after that for them to finally stop calling.

- gotchaI too received a call from this number this evening at 08.07 PM with a hang up. This afternoon I had completed a survey with a fast food restaurant so I am wondering if this is why I got the call.
The number is listed as a land phone line. I have the persons name, adress, average income, home value etc. The phone company they have called from is a Central Telephone Company line out of Henderson Nevada--the county is Clark ! I am hoping they will Not call back because I will then "greet" them by their first and last name...I bet that will stop the scam. I will also notify the FTC !- Caller: 702-260-6126

- chadI got the same call and i had asked if they were at&t and they said yes but they could save me $12 a month. When the lady announced that I would see a change on my bill and that it would say Tele Com, I had then asked her again if this was at&t and she hung up. I tried to call back but only answering machine picks up. Called at&t and they are a fraud company..............
- EMThe best thing to do is stop your 'call waiting' as this is just the kind of interruption you DON'T want. I also have caller ID on my phone. When I don't recognize the number...I DON'T ANSWER IT. If I was to make a mistake and it was in fact someone I knew...welll, guess what...they will leave a message on my answering machine;-) and I can call them back, simple as that.
If you want to have FUN with these calls, just check caller ID and if it's a marketing call, have your radio ready and immediately upon picking up the phone, put the phone to the radio at FULL VOLUME BLAST. See if they call back!
I've done it, and it works, until the next marketing call from a different company! It's a great feeling of satisfaction ;-)
BTW, I did try the polite route only to have the person on the other end hang up. So, don't get mad, get even!!- Call type: Telemarketer
