it's a scam!!! do not share your information with those people!!!!!! carefully manipulate them, ask whom they are affiliated and what is their # and report them to local authorities. again do not share any information regarding your loans, financial pin, loans numbers and lenders.

A call came into my cell phone just a few minutes ago from this number, but the number had a plus sign in front of it -- +7023595643. I thought a + sign indicates an international call, is Nevada. Weird.

I've gotten 3 calls from them in the last hour. I work at home and it's frustrating to have to keep dealing with the damn phone when I'm trying to work. I haven't answered. If I don't know the number that's calling me, I don't bother.

Robocall from guy explaining how he use to do drugs then found Jebus.  Jebus Christ the man-god can save you too if you suspend your disbelief and pay him (the Robocaller) lots of money.  God is all magically, but he always needs more money!!!

I called this # on my computer phone, on which I cannot be charged. They jut answer "current promotion" . They have an option to remove your ph# from their list. Anyone know if this can result in a charge? or if this is ligit?

I've gotten a call on 5/19/2015 @11:48am. I NEVER answer as I already know that it's a scam about lowering student loans. These scammers left a message on my voicemail. Periodically, I'll get calls from this number. Those scammers are located in India, China but have a land line number and or, call from online using a spoofed number etc.... and they work tirelessly around the clock trying to scam many Americans. The best thing to do is do not ever answer the call. Block the call, invest in a call blocking device. If anyone does answer NEVER share nor give them your personal information.

This phone # keeps calling me 3 times a day, but each time they call, they call immediately back....3 times a day, 2 consecutive calls makes me ANGRY!!!!!

I got three calls from this number, but it hangs up when I pick up the phone. So I had a friend who is a cop call the number from the police station and when he tried to get more information, it hung up on him every time he called, probably seeing the caller id was from the police. He also said the number was originating from California and the Nevada number is a spoof.

Please stop calling my number 8703700902--I have already told this automated system to stop over ten times if they keep calling I will turn the number over to the police as harassment

These calls are processed by Avatar Technologies, company with operations in NY State and offices in Philippines, their agents use prerecorded responses to make calls happen and offer these services to US clients. They have poor compliance with FTC and FCC regulations and both general DNC and National DNC provisions.

We have filed number complains with the FCC and FTC against this organization and recommend that you do the same.  Each FCC complaint can cost them up to $10,000 in fines.

Remember following provision, if you receive calls to your cellphone -
It is unlawful for any person to make any call (other than a call made for emergency purposes or made with express prior consent) using any automatic telephone dialing system or any artificial or prerecorded voice message to wireless numbers.

If you do not file complains they will continue doing what they are doing, they will just change numbers if you block them.

This # 702-359-5643 called me  a few minuets ago, they hung up. Never had a call from this number before, but it looks like the same old same as I read the comments in here. SCUM SCAMMERS! This fake company needs to be stopped , SHUT IT DOWN! Jon Taffer style! I hope these lowlife scum of the earth get stopped forever!

These people call constantly. I asked to be removed from there calling list. I told them that I had been asked to be removed they insisted they had not called me even when I saw their number in the caller ID. Representative seems to not understand you can't consolidate a loan if you are still in school. These people are dumb ass scammers. DONOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!

I got the same call over and over again. They did leave an automated recording about settling loans and saving up to 70%.

DON'T FALL FOR IT! All loan companies will not..WILL NOT...save you 70% on your payments.

They use all sort of things to make you invest your time and money into it.

I opted that I no longer wish to receive this unwanted call. The calls started increasing and this number calls at 9pm.
