Called this morning.

I get 5-6 calls from this company daily! I am at my wits end since I work from home. The other day I tripped trying to retrieve the phone as I was waiting for an important call and it was this recording. I have conference calls and his number beeping in the background.
It asks to press  #2 to be removed from the list. Then says "You have been immediately removed" Today I pressed 1 to speak with someone and the mailbox is full!!
This is harassment, does anyone know how to stop it?

For decades many jokes have been made about the poor writing skills of executives - that's why they have secretaries.

Back in 1976, I saw a poster in an engineering firm that said :

Google "Now I are one" with the quote marks to find various webpages "explaining" what it means.

I have asked these ppl to stop calling my number for months and they say they will stop but then an hour later I get another call. I shouldn't have to contact my cell phone provider to block anyone from calling me. This is harassment and it has to stop. Obamas speech on this issue was just like all his other speeches...bs..we have rights and these companies must abide by them.

systems with the need to put a sign on lawn or porch, bill collectors, etc.  Who knows -- deleted.  It
seems that last summer JTN or whatever was calling from New Jersey or New York.

callerid JTN.   Left no message and then immediately called back 1 minute later  and again left no message.

SPAM ALERT SPAM ALERT...702-359-5643  This is a SPAM and PHISHING COMPANY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY STARTED CALLING THE WhatsApp application on Android Phone...Block this number, they have been reported to FBI and FCC for tracking.

Well, a couple of weeks have gone by, and no change.  Still getting 4 calls/day and since the number is blocked, they are going into my voicemail, where the "qualify for student loan forgiveness" recording starts on the same word every time, and is 18seconds of recorded sales pitch before their robo doesn't get a response and hangs up.  I have made a recording of all the voicemails in the last week, pushing to play the "envelope" which gives the date, time, and tells that the number that called is 702-359-5643.

Today I called the FCC and made a complaint over the telephone.  Since this is not a forged #, but a traceable number, a real business, they law-breakers could be shut down in one day if FCC or ATT cared to bother.  I complained to ATT many times, they do nothing.

Just got off the phone with ATT because my phone's voicemail feature was CORRUPTED.  I deleted all the messages and it still said "4" on the main screen, on voicemail on my phone screen, yet "you have no calls".  Shut off phone several times, no good.  They wiped out my voice mail over the phone, it STILL SAYS I HAVE 4 CALLS!!

They want me to change my number, which I'm NOT going to do for other reasons that would take too long to explain here.  So now I have NO VOICEMAIL and still have the red "4".

You'll love this!  The ATT rep tried to pull up 800notes.com to see all the complaints, and it was BLOCKED on his computer.  Guess ATT doesn't want their employees to know what CRIMINALS they are.

Recorded call to my business asking "Does your business need working capital?"

No, so it's now blocked.

Spoofed number asking if I was interested in their latest promotional offer. Gave the option of selecting 2 to be removed from their list or 1 to get more info. It's a student debt service. Funny, I don't have any student debt and I'm in the US Do Not Call registry.

Doutful requests.

This company has been relentlessly harassing me for months. When I've been able to speak to a person they consistently hang up on me as soon as I ask for information about the company such as an address or to speak to a manager.

I think I have their address and they are located in LA. I would like to sue them in small claims court, but it is difficult to do so because I don't live in LA. You can receive $500 for each time they call you because of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

These people call me all day long from all different area codes. It's beyond annoying. What's worse: I've started receiving text messages saying my account has been red flagged for loan forgiveness AND now I'm getting EMAILS from them saying they are my loan advisor want to confirm our telephone appointment (from some loan assistance company I've never heard of).

They should be found and prosecuted. This is complete harassment.

Received a call. Checked on line, found this posting, adding this number to my blocked calls list. Thanks for the info.

Just got a call from this number too, didn't answer it (didn't recognize the number and I don't know anyone in Nevada), and no voicemail was left.
