Wow! I have never posted anything before but this number has called me 73 times in the last month. I have never answered so I only know the information from this site. The record for one day was 12. This is above and beyond. I will try the better business route and see what happens... Ughhhhhhh

Stop calling me or om going to sue you seriously

I have tried pushing 2 to be removed from the list. Doesn't work. I have tried pushing 1 to hear more about "this promotional offer" I get hung up on. Three calls a day for the past ten days. On my cell phone. Finally had to use precious phone memory and download app called truecaller to block their [***]. I am ready to drive all the way to Arizona and kick skneones [***] for harassing me and stealing my cell phone minutes and battery life on my phone. I can't even get a person to yell at them for their stupidity and rude behavior

The caller have ben calling me up to 5 times a day. It's annoying.

getting calls from this place every other day.  Student loan help.  I have no student loans.  it is getting ridiculous.

This number calls relentlessly.  Shows up as spam, so I blocked their calls.

I kept receiving calls from this number for the last 2 weeks.  I answer, no one responds and then they hang up.  I have an Iphone and today, I blocked the number.

I always see this number come up but I let it go right to voicemail. They don't keep calling once I continuously send it to voicemail every time they call. Do yourself a favor and don't bother.

I went to my cell carrier and had them set the number to be rejected it goes to my voice mail and I just delete the messages.  I managed to get through to 2 people and asked to be removed from the list they said ok but I still get called.  Too bad we can't all get together and sue these people or call their cell or home numbers several times a day every day.  Good luck to all in getting this issue resolved.

Robocall. I've saved this number to my caller ID under "scam" so if they call again I'll know to ignore it.

They pestered me so much that I complained REPEATEDLY to ATT to do something.  They made me upgrade the Apple operating system on my Iphone4S.  Once we did, my new (2mo old) Plantronics bluetooth hands-free device will only work if the phone is 1 foot away from my ear - so no more hands free!  Then ATT told me I was stupid to upgrade to an operating system that is INCOMPATIBLE with my phone.  When I told them 3 different EMPLOYEES at ATT TOLD ME TO DO IT, they had no reply.

I notified these people TWICE to stop calling me.  I blocked their number, and good ole AT&T puts their machine through to my voicemail, which records THEIR recording about 10-16 times per day.  They fill up my voicemail, and then my elderly, sick father cannot leave me a message!  I'm taking them to small claims court, and they can pay me $1500 PER INCIDENT for calling me after they were informed to stop.

ATT is EVIL and they don't give a crap about their customers.  The government/politicians don't give a crap.  They are all telling us they have passed these laws, etc. to "protect the consumer" when really, the laws are unenforceable because OTHER LAWS they passed to allow telcos to stop doing handshaking with inbound calls to see if they are "real" traceable or forged, and to prevent class action lawsuits to ATT.

When you hear a news item like last week saying the FCC is cracking down on phone companies to make them stop harrassing calls, it is A LIE.  They are LYING TO YOU to make you docile and satisfied, and NOTHING is really being done to stop the spammers!!!  Call your congressman or senator and ask them what they are doing in return for the millions of dollars their PAC has received from ATT.  The amount of money they got is public record, go on opensecrets.org and look it up.  Democrat or Repuplican, they ALL get paid by ATT.

Well, somebody "alerted" the media.  Who did their usual lame-ass, compliant job of calling up the government and asking them WHAT TO SAY.   And so, last week was a news story about how the FCC was "cracking down" on telcos, now going to "allow" them to shut off spammers, etc.  The entire news story on every outlet was a bunch of crap!  The truth is, they pass laws saying it's unlawful to call cells, then homes, and latest, now business, with a machine.  They know when the pass the law that it is unenforceable.  The telcos have SPECIAL LAWS for them, making them protected from CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS.  That's right, you can't file a suit against AT&T, unless you want to pay to do it all by yourself!  Got $20,000,000 laying around?  And, the spammers are forging caller ID or hiding behing message systems, and the telcos don't bother to run the software to CONFIRM a call coming in is from a TRACEABLE number.  They just put it through to YOUR PHONE, because it saves them a few bucks.  So when it comes time for FCC to act upon your COMPLAINT, they haven't a clue who called you!

You are being LIED TO by the government and their handmaiden, the MEDIA.  Be quiet, be docile, SHUT UP.  You are living in the United Socialist States of America.  You are a SLAVE NOW, you just don't know it yet!

OK, so let's recap:

1. EVERY call you answer that has a machine recording playing (not a human), whether you get it on your home landline, cell line, or your business line, is now ILLEGAL.

2. These laws which make it illegal are UNENFORCEABLE, and the crooked politicians who pass those laws know it!  The phone companies are no longer required to be able to TRACE where a call come from, or even trace if it's a real number calling you.  They saved some bandwidth, we got screwed!

3. The national Chamber of Commerce supports these spammers through lobbying efforts.  I support small business, they don't!

4. The news media supports the crooked politicians and the President, by reporting LIES to make you feel someone is going to fight on your side - nothing could be further from the truth!

5. The DO NOT CALL REGISTRY is the biggest scam ever devised to put money in the pocket of ATT, Verizon, YOUR Senator, and CRIMINALS.  It is basically a public list of all GOOD phone numbers with real people answering, and criminals who are willing to BREAK THE LAW are not going to respect its purpose, but are going to use it to VICTIMIZE YOU!

6. Because Barack Obama signed another piece of paper, bypassing our Constitution, Legislative brance, and all checks & balances, the Student Loan Forgiveness business is a windfall.  Those mopping up are likely friends and family.  Remember the number one rule:  FOLLOW THE MONEY to find the true culprits!
