- Paula replies to BewareThis happened to me today twice and left no message. Since I don't know the number or any person with that number I didn't answer. We have received two scam calls from Albertson and Associates and the IRS scam so we just don't answer any more. I wish there were a way to stop all these scam calls.

- irritatedThis number started calling my number nonstop for months now. Normally I do not answer it. I've added my number to a Do Not Call list on some website someone recommend. I have also tried to block this number from my phone...still no luck!! Its really annoying to not only have someone calling me hour after hour all day but the fact that I have a prepaid phone makes it even more frustrating and annoying!!!
There has got to be a way to stop these freaking calls!!! This was the reason I stopped having a home landline -all the telemarketers!!!- Caller: who knows???!!!!!
- robThis number just called my cell. I didn't know the number so I ignored it. They called 5 minutes later. I blocked the number.
- Hugo| 1 replyThey started calling me about 2 weeks ago. The first time i received a call from them, I removed my number and an automatized voice said "24 to 48 hrs". Next day, I received 4 more calls, the day after in which it would have been 48 hours, I received 5 calls. Then, the day after I received 6 calls. I have been documented every call from them. So yesterday I decided to tell them directly to stop calling me, so I got my call transferred, a guy answered based in LA, I was nice enough to tell him to please remove me from his list, I am on the do not call list... He hung up when I asked where he was calling from. Then, they called me again, I got transferred again and I decided to take a different approach, a girl named Melissa answered the phone, I told her that I was having a hard time litening that my call might get disconnected so to please give me a number where I could reach her at, well, she gave me a number from LA and the name of the company where she was calling which is "SELECT STUDENT LOAN HELP" based in LA. I told her right after that I was not interested in talking to them at all and to please remove my number, I was very nice about it. She said she will make sure I would not get ny more calls, 2 hours later, I got another call from them, I called her right back and asked to please speak to a manager, she said everyone was heading to lunch, I told her that I didn't care, that I need to speak to someone right away or they would have to speak to my lawyer. Well, she hung up, and I received 5 calls after... I am getting enough evidence to go after them.

- Annoyed as f*ckI've been dealing with these rejects for months.
Just today, my phone system has recorded 12 -- that's right, TWELVE -- calls in a single day.
All to the same phone number, too.
I think I'm going to invest in an airhorn and keep it on standby. This is f*cking nuts.- Caller: Student Loan Help Dot Com

- Sharon HillThe message states to press 2 to be removed. However, when pressing 2, the message repeats itself.
- SMIGot call from these folks 5/27/2015 I did not know the number so I let it go to voice mail. There was no message left. I learned my lesson long ago, do not press the key pad number to be removed or with email do not click to unsubscribe both actions, you will just get sold to another spam caller or email list. Just put them on your blocked call list or tag them as an email spammer. That is not 100% but it slows down the number of call or email...

- sue replies to Unhappy2Just block the number on yr cell phone n you wont be bothered, it wont ring, it just drops the call straight to voice mail. Most of the no message is left, but u have to add that number to yr reject list...hope it helps..very seldom get calls like these anymore..one call n they were blocked...also you can blocked any number if you have a land line. Think its star 69, not sure.
- JDThis caller has phoned my home repeatedly - up to four times a day or more sometimes. A message is never left.

- Karlena PradaI've answered the phone call on numerous occasions. They say that they can help lower or eliminate my student loan payments. I've pushed the number when they say would you like to stop receiving phone calls and I've talked to customer service reps and told them that I have previously asked to be taken off of there call list. The biggest problem for me is that they are calling me at work. Not sure how they got this number.

- ReeThis is an automated call from telemarketers offering various promotions. When you call back it's an automated menu that allows you to either select one to be removed from the calling list or select two to hear more about the promotion and speak with someone... however, when you select two to hear more about the promotion and/or speak to someone it disconnects you. Beware however because if you select the option to hear more about the promotion you will start to receive calls from other numbers! Super annoying!!

- SomeoneAt this point, I am fairly positive there is absolutely no way to get these people to stop calling from their end. So, it's best to simply block the number through whatever method possible.
This supposed company offers some promotion about student loan forgiveness. When you call back the number they call from, you get an automated menu allowing you to choose to be removed from their calling list for future promotions, but if you choose this option the calls only increase in frequency. Initially, I was only reviving about 2-3 calls a week, but after selecting to be removed from the calling list I started recieving multiple calls on a daily basis. I've blocked the number, which worked for a few weeks, but started recieving calls from this company again.
Trying to speak with anyone at this place (unless it's about being interested in their scam) is useless, as they hang up on you or ignore your requests to be removed from their list.
Just keep blocking their numbers!- Caller: JTN- Student Loan Forgiveness

- SoAnnoyedThis number calls me every day. Its an automated message about student loans. I haven't noticed any weird charges on my bill (but I will check). No matter what selection you make, it hangs up. Even if you say you are interested. When I dial back, it is a promotional company that has only an automated system. It says press 2 to be removed from their list, but they NEVER remove me. IT says press 1 to hear more, then hangs up. FAKE and SO ANNOYING

- LanaReceived a call today from this number. Voice message said my zip code was eligible for reduced insurance rates. Suggested I call that number to receive a discount. Did not identify the name of the insurance company
- BethIf you're getting these calls on your cell, install "Mr Number" and add this number to your block list. They won't be able to leave a message. Just an instant hangup.
I can look at my blocked calls list and see that they are calling my phone 5-6 timed a day. Mr Number has never allowed any of their calls to get through.- Caller: Student loan help

- MelissaThey call me multiple times per day. I tried their "Press 2 to be placed on the no call list" but I think when you do that, it's just proof that you're a human so they keep calling you. Their recorded greeting is "Press 1 now to claim your prize!!" so I tried that (Just to get a hold of a human) but immediately I get a different recording that says "Thank you, goodbye".
They are either people trying to scam us, or people verifying that your phone number is active so they can sell it to other companies.
I worker for a telemarketing company for a couple weeks and they literally buy your phone number from companies that found your phone number on a form you filled out, or off your Facebook. If they are unsuccessful in contacting you/selling something to you then they sell your number to ANOTHER company. Once your phone number is getting passed around, it's like a freakin STD. It's never going to stop.- Caller: No Name

- AmyI just got a call from 702-359-5643 and no one said a thing on the other end. I said 'hello' twice and no one said a thing, like they were just hanging on. I saw that this number is for student-loan forgiveness. I haven't been to school in years and have no educational debt.
Funny thing is, I got this call when I was feeling very emotional. Like someone knew to call so I'd be angry. I've gotten a lot of mysterious calls like this, with no voice on the other end, right when I'm feeling a little crisis in my head. How strange.- Caller: 702-359-5643
