I got a call from these guys but the number was 702-534-0987 and they were in Nevada.  I spoke with "Eddie" and yeah, the chances that this is a scam are about 99%.

Same M.O. but a new player.  We got a call from Tim Patrick who pushed the same message about Union Members and returning soldiers who would need to see a psychotherapist.  Also, there is a $ 280 one time charge for a two year listing on their website.  The new number is:  702-609-3836

Got a call from Ted Rice telling me he was interested in giving my name to union members in the NY/CT area for divorce mediation.  Thanks for all the information everyone has provided.

We also got a call from this number by a Sam Kirby looking for tax professionals to do taxes for union members.  When we called the number back it said it was no longer in service.  Once we tried the number multiple times we looked up the company on google and found these posts.

I got a vm very atractive business offer looking to refer me clients from the state of Florida they also called from the 702 area code and left me a vm with a (866) 472-9716 extension 728 number

Got several phone calls from "Sam Kirby" represents all of the Unions in Nevada (yeah right)..I told him we were already Pre Paid legal for more than one union and which union exactly was he representing..again he said all of them. I asked what kind of advertising was he selling, was it in publication form or another form of media..I was immediately hung up on..legit advertising companies don't hang up on potential clients. I would know, my family owns a publishing company! This guy smells like a rat!

CID comes up as Imagewrite Corp, phone: 702 / 823-5271. VM number left by Al was 866 / 472-9716 x0, and call back number after speaking with Al (and Kim Patrick of website support) for Al was 866 / 472-9716 x713. Initially got a VM looking for acupuncturists to be a service provider for union members and military in California. On call back, I was directed to the website UnionInfoCenter.org, with links to California, to Los Angeles County, to the area nearest my location - West Los Angeles. Four acupuncturists were listed for West L.A., and one was an associate in my office! Was quoted $365 for 2 years to include the webdesign. There were no other fees. Was of no concern to Al or Kim that my colleague and I at the same location would both be listed on the site. I left messages for my associate and the other 3 acupuncturists listed. Two so far have returned calls. One provider was with them nearly 2 years and the site was newly-launched. The other practitioner was with them 3 months. Both said not a single patient has come through the site. The practitioner of nearly 2 years called around to various firemen and teachers through the unions and learned that NO ONE even knew of the site's existence! Scam? Maybe. Doubtful you will benefit from the organization. Better to contact unions directly and see about getting on their referral list.

I received a call from Krt Bradley today claiming to be the Union rep for the State of North Carolina..never said what union! I googled and this is what I found.  I had already left a message for him and he called me back immediately.  I didn't pick up!

I received a phone call from "Kristine" with Union Info Center looking for psychotherapists to be a referral for union members and military. I thought it was a great idea at the time considering I have been wanting to help the military and their families since I have started my private practice though wanted to avoid billing TRICARE insurance. I signed up then did a little research and found this site. Fortunately, I was able to get out of the deal and get my money back. I also talked to a Tim Patrick.

I recently received a call from Kurt Bradley who stated he was looking for quality counselors and that a union member had referred me to him.  I live in Ohio.  He stated he was a union liaison for the state.  Thanks to those of you who figured out who this is...saved me the time.

Looks like he's moved on to Delaware.  I'm a solo practice, so I'm pretty sure that none of my employees, i.e. me, ever referred me to him.

We received a call from 702-534-0978 (to our law firm).  When the caller was told the attorney could not take his call, the caller said, "What?  Is he an idiot?" and hung up.

I got a call from a Liz Scott who said the company so quickly I could not make it out, but said she was a liason, mentioned union members in California and wanted to refer union members to my mediation services.  The caller ID noted Imagewrite... and the call was not from California. I won't be calling back.

Guy did the same thing to me yesterday. We are a real estate company. Told me it wasn't a sales call, but I could hear in the background the usual sales hub noise of people on phones. He had me clicking links on a badly made website, but when I clicked on a different button from where he was directing me, he would get upset with me, espcially when the link didn't work and made up some excuse why it wasnt working or why it went somewhere else. After spending a few minutes clicking and listening to his pitch, I asked exactly what is it they are needing from us? He got rude and told me I was condensending and wouldn't recommend us. Later I saw online that they were charging $365 for a 3 year subscription. Gee, that is a sales call. Legit referrals don't do that, they get a fee when you help a real client find a home and they close.

The caller claimed to work for the Union and that she was looking for Counselors to represent over 500 Union Workers from the Military.  She stated that I was recommended by one of my client's who was also in the military.  I could not take her call so I asked for a number to reach her later.  When I called back she start talking about me paying money for a sponsorship ($365.00).  She also kept talking about personal things such as my name and race.  Her name ironically sound like mine and she claim we were the same race (who cares) after viewing a pictures of me my website.  This lady completely forgot she was speaking to someone who studied human behavior.  She also screwed up when she stated that one of my client's recommended me to her.  I am able to track how my client's are referred so I knew this was a bunch of crap.  Please do not give these people your money.  They cannot get you referrals.  The Unions have no ideal they are lying and misrepresenting them.   FYI: The name used by this individual Alisha Smith - phones # 702.823.5468  and 866.472.9716.

I got a another call from this crazy lady with well I just spoke to a Manager and we can get you a deal for $199.00 for 3 years.   I explained to her that I knew she was trying to scam me and that there are dozens of complaints against her company.  She stated, "Well even Walmart has complaints against them".  I then said to her that I would probably leave me alone if I was her and that I knew everything she said was a bunch of BS.  She got angry and stated, "Well we are just not for you and hung the phone up".  LOL I don't know how these people look themselves in the mirror after lying and trying to decieve innocent people.  I would rather work for the circus then to try to scam someone out of their money for a living.
