NO it is not the NRA, it is a spoofed call. They are using the NRA name and just trying to get your phone number.

I took this call and it was the NRA asking for money.  I'm a life member already.  They wanted an additional contribution.  But I suspected it might be a scam.  I asked for her full name and said I would call the official number of the NRA which is well advertised and ask for her by name.  I called the number and asked for the person that called and sure enough I was connected.  This was a legit call from the National Rifle Association.  The explanation is they taken a hit on funding with cancellation of various corporations and membership since the school shooting in Florida and need additional financial help to keep their programs going.  I told them I wasn't in a position to help them any further and to take me off their call list.  She said it would take effect within 24 hours.  We'll see.

This is NOT the National Rifle Association, but another NOT Yet Accredited using N- National... R-. Recovery...A- Agency  a Debt Collection Company.  Tell people they owe student loans, taxed, medical bills ETC.   Check your facts before accusing The National Rifle Association.

This number called me earlier today.  People are reporting it the National Rifle Association when In Fact it's is a unaccredited debt collection agency using N.R.A.   They are not affiliated with The Real NRA.    This unaccredited cpany is calling people demanding money from people such as Student Loans, Claiming You Owe Taxes or Medical Bills.  Look up the National Recovery Agency.

Tried to call the 703 number back. Automated voice saying it was disconnected.

Received call allegedly from NRA and they asked if I supported Brent Cavanaugh. Said yes and they hung up. Called back and it was a disconnected number. Just put fraud alerts on all credit bureaus

I have been a member of the NRA for 35+ years and have never received a single phone call from them. This is someone using their organization/name to get you to talk to them. The NRA has only sent me things through the mail.

I called it back. "you have reached a disconected number...."

Unsolicited unidentified caller.  Did not answer.  Called number back.  Robotic voice says the number is disconnected.  Definitely not NRA.  Definitely not a legit business.  The ID/number could of course be spoofed.

Not the National Rifle Association.  As noted by others it is probably a debt collector trolling for victims.

Not the NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION  DON'T GIVE THEM MONEY.

Definitely is the nra, I have never received a phone call from them in my life... My client is almost completely deaf so when he had questions regarding his magazine subscription I called in for him. They put my cell number on his account... A month later the calls from them started on a Sunday at 7 am.... I ultimately had to remove my number from his account with them.

Missed their call, and left no message.  I called back, and got a recording that said it was a disconnected number.  I'm sure it is some sort of scam.  I'm sorry I missed their call because I always enjoy wasting as much of their time as possible.   So, I blocked that number.
