I could not believe that this site exists. I keep getting calls from this caller, and I screen my calls before answering. However, after recieving two or three hang-ups from this number on my answering machine, I decided to pick up. Do you think they'd say anything?? No. VERY frustrating, especially when you have things to do. I dont mind donating, but I really dont like phone games.

I got a call from this number also on January 24, 2008. No message on my machine when I got home so I called the number back and got dead silence also. What's up with this number???

Same thing happened to me. They call and don't speak when I answer.

Charities, if this company claims to be one, are not subject to the restrictions of the Do Not Call Registry.

Received call from "Lenoir FireFighters Association"  -identifying himself as Keith Killian.  I know a Keith Killian and he does not live in Charlotte, NC which is where this number supposedly originates.  I called the number back and there is DEAD SILENCE.

here is the web page for the number calling you, there is an e-mail address there.  E-mail them to take you off calling list or spam there e-mail till its filled each day, then maybe they would know how it feels to be bothered

704-927-2275 calls every evening and hangs up when answering machine comes on or phone is answered

Got a call from this number today and they asked for "Lee" when I said he didn't live here they then asked if this was the (my last name) residence. I told them yes but "Lee" hadn't lived here since '98.  Then they just hung up on me with not further comment.  I called back and got silence like most everyone else.  Hope this is the last I here from them but I doubt it.

Received call on 04/16/2008. No response when I answered.  Called the number 704-927-2275 from home phone and cell phone and received dead line response.  I called the 615-974-0080 number listed on this Web site and reported the situation to Abby. She indicated that she would call the Charlotte office. Asked to have my name removed from their list.

caled and got hung up on.. calle d the number ack adn got no rigning

Caller from 704-927-2275 hangs up before leaving a message.  I tried to call the number but it doesn't even ring!  I tried to utilize call blocking but AT&T says that number is not available for call blocking.
CONCLUSION:  The phone company is in on this charade.
I really do not like these annoying calls.

After running to the telephone there was no one on the line when I answered. When I tried to call the # back, it would not ring

Harrassing call from this number better stop NOW

Number called me and it shows in caller id, when you pick up the phone it is just dead space.  I called back twice and got the same.

We received a call today from Charlotte Fire Department at this number. They offered tips on fire saftey in the house ... What a pleasant call that was ... Thanks for the call !!

same thing -I c alled them back and got silence.  This can't be a legit business of any sort.

Hang-ups from this number... several times.
