This number called and asked for my child.....then her father...when I told them neither one was available and I could help them they said they would try again later and hung up. When I tried to recall on caller ID there was no ring and no answer and I tried several times.

I called the number you indicated and Taylor states she could not confirm the number I gave her was one of theirs as they have quite a few lines coming out of that facility but she assured me she would remove my number from their calling list.  Thanks for providing this number to avoid future hang ups from 704-927-2275 - I really appreciate it!

As a person who has worked in law enforcement most of my adult life, please do not donate to any of these aledged Fire or Police Dept. calls. I beg you to donate directly to your local fire/police.  Although some of the money you donate does go to public service. it's just a few pennies they will actually receive from your donation.  And don't believe them when they use titles such as Sgt, Captain, etc. It's an intimadation tactic.  Actual Police & Fire Department personnel are not permitted to make these types of calls.  It's the company callers that get most of your dollars.

That said, donations are a huge help to these agencies.  Just send your $$$'s directly.  You can request it's used for training (such as children) or Kevlar vests for PD, etc. Firmly inform these other clowns you donate directly and to remove you from their calling list.  Also know "charity" callers do not have to abide by the Do Not Call registry.

I have you know that I just got this call from 704*927*2275 and someone said "HA...GOT ANOTHER ONE" and hung up.  Now lemme 'splain something to you...I got 3 chirrun here and this very much scared the [***] out of me. I called my phone and put an international and 900 # block and made it private immediately. After investigating and finding this website my words of advice to you are...scaring the [***] out of people is NOT a good way to get donations!!!  You may wanna a little more professional way to conduct business, ASSHAT!!!

Received a call at 8:06 from this number.  When I answered, the person on other end just sat there.  Tried calling back, and nothing - not even a ring.

The person whose number this is left a voice message that was rather rude; he cursed me out!!  No clue who he is, or what he wanted, but I've now got the number on my caller ID and the vm saved.

I called the number 704-331-9075. She took my name and phone number to be removed.   After being out of work for 18 months, I'm really tired of these people calling repeatedly asking for money.  They may be getting money for the Fire Dept but I doubt the Fire Dept sees even half of the money donated.  You'd be better off to write a check to your local fire dept.

Received a call from 704-927-2275 at 6:26 pm on 11/20.  Called said it was wrong number and hung up.  Only information on caller id is that it is from Charlotte, NC.

Some man called from this number and said in raspy voice "Im watching You". When I try call back the number its just dead silence. Reported to police and they are looking into it.

Who is calling from (704) 927-2275  They call everyday and when I answer no one says ANYTHING. Very annoying..When my voice mail picks up they just sit on the line and don't leave a message.

These people that collect money on the name of The Firefighter/Police Associations keep at least half the money for themselves. For administrative fees..  cough, cough. Check them out with the BBB.  I would never give them one red cent!

Yes, and they call unlisted numbers too.  When you call their 704-331-9075 number to get taken off their list you get voicemail.  I guess they don't want unsolicited calls either.
