- Kelly replies to LauraReply to Laura and anyone else late with Chase. I have a denali with them and have paid late each month for a year. Mine is a custom loan so they told me they can take it anytime they want if I am late. But they want to hear from you bfore it is 20 days late or they reconsider your account and will choose to repo it. But they wait at least 20 days first so talk to them no later then 15 days late. They will work with you and give you until it's almost 30 days late if you talk to them and sometimes will even offer to put your payment at the end of the term so you can skip a month. But they are in control!!! Be nice!
- NubsI've answered the call once and they were looking for someone that I do not know. I dont have an account with Chase Auto Finance and told them that they have the wrong number. They tell me that they have updated the account and apologize but every other month its the same call over and over again.
- Caller: Chase Auto Finance
- Call type: Debt collector
- TJDidn't have a problem with Chase Auto until I was 4 days late on a payment. I tried to change my due date to one week later and thats when the nightmare began. They started calling after the old due date and it was so bizzare because the called after both the old and new due date. I even called them to ask for the due date change to be reversed. I said just forget it, I'll keep the old due date. Explained to the cust.serv. guy what was going on, and a few others there at the time.
Anyway, I think once you get on the USBank robo-call list--your screwed. Now they call me all the time. I don't know when my payment is due anymore and the callers don't know either--they just threaten me with repo. Its just frakken wild!
Urrgh!

- Shut Up! replies to chazPretty easy to call other people names while behind a keyboard and monitor isn't it, tough guy?
If it's so easy why don't you give one of us YOUR job and then try to go find another one.
Little Jerk! - AnonymGoing on 45 days late and two months behind now...
Just wish they'd come and get it already. - Unbelievable!I was getting calls from them for weeks when I fell behind on my payments... the other day I was able to make a payment to catch up on payments and now they are fricken calling me and asking me why I was late... WTF???
I AM CURRENT WITH MY PAYMENTS...
STOP CALLING ME YOU MORONS! - LilyIf you're behind on your payments, I would understand why they would call you but then I AM NOT! Im NOT even on a stupid loan or anything why do they keep calling me? Is there a way to stop them from calling you??
- Annoyed with High and Mighty JERKS!!! replies to chazHey "Chaz"... I am ONE day late with my payment, and they've called 15 times today. Does that make me a deadbeat, being ONE day late? Hmmmmmmm, nope. Sure doesn't. Please do not take the high and mighty road that you've NEVER been late one day on anything in your life. Obviously, you have, most likely with Chase, since you posted on this board. That means that you looked up the phone number, either for yourself, or someone you know. Therefore, you either HAVE been late, or know a friend who has. What makes either you or your friend exempt from being a deadbeat????
- MaxineCalls constantly at least once a day. Always leave a message to call an 800 number immediately.
How can I get rid of them. I have no deals of any kind from them- Caller: JPMorgan
- EmployerChase Auto Loans. We were receiving calls from this number and they would immediately hang up without a word. I finally called the number back and spoke to a representative who informed me that it was a former employee who put our number as a reference. I asked them to remove our business number from the list. Simple as that.
I just wish that initially they would state their purpose of calling rather than me having to call them to find out what was going on.- Caller: Chase Auto Loans

- Terri| 1 replyMy pmyt. is due the 23rd...they start calling on the 24th!!! Even when you make arrangements with them they keep calling! If you ever talk to someone, ask them if Chase has paid back the TARP money WE TAXPAYERS loaned them...they have NO clue what you're talking about!!!!
I just hit the little red "hang up" button!- Caller: Chase
- Call type: Debt collector
- Michele replies to TerriI hear you, But they are ruthless. I have a 10 day grace period..My payment is due on the 2nd of each month, I have until the 12th to pay..But they start calling on the 3rd..WTF

- lpbree replies to Aibhneduin| 3 repliesActually, it isn't harassment. If they are attempting to collect a debt, they are allowed to call you from 7 am until 8 pm every day and as many times as it takes until they actually speak to you. The reason you don't hear anyone on the phone when you first pick up is because it is a computer generated call and a live operator doesn't know the call has been answered until you speak and a signal is sent to them. If they reach you and speak to you 3 times within a 7 day period, they have to stop calling until the following week.
- annoyed too replies to AriannaSend your complaint in writing to Chase explaining that you are not the person they are looking for but you possibly were assigned their phone number. If they can't give you an account number with your name on it that is past due, you have grounds for a lawsuit.
- JCI have gotten numerous calls on my cell phone from this number. (I have had my number for many years.) Sometimes there is no one there and other times the caller asks for someone I do not know. I do not have ANY business with Chase and NEVER have had any business with them in the past. And now I definately will not have any business with them in the future!! I have told the caller I do not know the person they are calling for and have asked them to stop calling. The calls continue; any day, nearly any hour, and sometimes, several times a day. How do I get them to STOP calling???
- Caller: unknown
- DebbieThe call me so much I've set my cell to vibrate and use them as a [***]. What a way to turn a frown upside down. At this rate, what I'm saving on batteries will PAY MY CAR PAYMENT! :)
