they won't stop calling.  They call over and over again. at least 6 times today! i'm not going to answer

This no. keeps calling, about 5x a day and wouldn't leave a message! It's been a week now..

Been calling for awhile, but I KNOW this is NOT Bank of America. When Bank of America calls and you pick up, they speak with you and flash their brand. Also they already have your info so they don't ask for anything serious. PLUS they sent documents through snail mail to verify. Don't give these phony people any info.

Called today at 8:50 PM. My mom picked up and was told it is from "Card Services" to help enroll in credit card protection services. She told them I was not home. I called back a few minutes later and an automated voice acknowledged that I probably got this number from my caller id(which is true). Upon calling the number, no one picks up, they leave you on hold forever.

I get a call from this # every morning around 10:30.  Annoying.  I am part of the Do Not Call list, too.  Caller ID says 17143805400 Santa Ana CA

I just got this call..it was Bank of America offering me identity theft protection..

This has been on my caller ID every day for weeks, I work nights so I don't answer during the day.  I just answered and it is Bank of America with an exciting Identity Theft protection offer because I am such a valued customer.  

I turned this down about a month ago as well, I guess they are going to call every month.

2:00pm on October 1, picked up by no one and nothing there, Hope we won't be getting this every day like some other folks have reported. No, I didn't call back -- I looked on this site first!

This telemarketer calls at least 3-4 times a day. No one on the other end. I have reported it a number of times to the National Do Not Call Registry to no avail. What a joke!! If it's a Bank of America legal number then the Do Not Call Registry won't help. I have a cable phone number so how can I block this number???

Got 2 calls from that number today and didn't answer either one, since I didn't recognize the caller or number that showed up on caller I.D. They left no message either time. The displayed name was Card Services. I'm on the Do Not Call Registry, like that really matters!!! If it continues, I'll turn the matter over to the authorities... like that'll really matter!!!

I received a call at 12:43p.m. yesterday.  The person did not leave a message.  The 714-380-5400 number was on my caller ID.

After getting 40+ calls from 714-380-5400 over the span of four days(Friday - Monday (ruining my weekend).  I decided to call them from a different telephone.  It was BOA trying to sell me credit protection.  I told the telemarketer the amount of calls i received, and asked her to to remove my # as I am not interested in their product.  She told me they would, and it could take up to 30 days to be completely removed. We left it at that.  There was of course a brief survey of 10 questions which I answered the best I could on a scale of 10(being the best) - 1(worst).  Most of the questions, I gave a scale of 1(one.  

Thank GOD I have Call Block on my Panasonic telephones.  I would have gone made, if i did not have it.  EVERYONE should have this feature on their telephone.

This number has called my work several times.  When I pick up no one is there, so, I called the number back and asked them to put our business on a DNC list.  It worked.  In fact, the best way to get rid of most of these kind of  calls is to call them back and request (insist with threats of legal action in some cases) to be put on the DNC list.

They call every day but I don't answer. The caller Id says Santa Barbara, Ca.

got a call today from the number below. my Mom said they asked for me by name. when I said hello they hung up. the number they called is on a "do not call list", wish they would abide by the request.

I hear it could be a scam...phishing info
If it really is Bank of America, they need to stop.

I received 15 calls from 714-380-5500 between 10/23/09 and 10/27/09. I finally called them and of course the never identified their company, but I made it very clear that they were not to call me anymore and that each call had been reported to donotcall.gov. Very annoying.
