Yeah got four from then, one each day and it's really annoying. Tried to call them back to tell them to stop but they have the msg system stating "all agents are busy.."

Say..this call is being traced to my local police precinct..perhaps that will help.
Got the same call today....they said this is 'Card Services'...NEVER EVER give information to ANYONE over the phone...EVER !

I submitted the following to the "Do Not Call" complaint site about this number:

These folks have called several times this month after my wife told them (around March 1st) specifically to remove us from their list.  They frequently will not speak when we answer and calling back announces it is some offer for credit card services although there is no institution name given.  There is not an automated option to be "removed" and pressing "1", the only option, to talk to an operator, results in being placed on hold indefinately. I have read on the internet that this may be Bank of America, see: https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-714-380-5400.  Even if this is BOA and we had accounts, the "business relationship" caveat to the DNC laws would not apply as we specifcally asked them NOT to call. I have also read about scams for tricking people into incurring "per minute" phone charges.  I'm not sure what nefarious shenanigans these folks are up to, but we would like to know you were able to deal with them severly.

yea im gettin calls every day from these turds. If any body is in the nieborhood of their actual address would you find them and cut their phone lines please! find all their employees names and call them at home every day and screem at them! what ever you do don't give these a holes any personal info .I think they fish for that.

I started receiving calls from this phone number yesterday.  When I came home today there was another call.  I was also receiving another call from 512-961-5505, apparently it is the same thing.  I am so glad I have caller ID.

Yes I've been getting calls but no messages are left; ID says it is California.  Thanks for confirming our suspcions.

I called back and the answering machine stated that it's a credit protection service. If you wish to learn more, press such and such.  I hung up.

Got that call tonight, I answered and a women with a very short tone of voice asked for my wife, I said she wasn't there, what was it about?
She gave a fake name and said to let my wife know and hung up.

I do not know anyone that has this number and I am on the "do not call registry"

They should have to get your permission to give out (translation:sell) your personal information. Also, you sould be able to just tell them to stop calling telephone number XXX-XXX-XXXX. Why would they need your social security number for this? They are the ones calling you so they should only need the phone number that they called you on to stop!!

the do not call list is for land lines & cellphones. it's free and provided through the government website www.donotcall.gov there you can list all your phone numbers- they will send you an email with a link to complete the request- this needs to be done within 72 hrs. There is a link to file a complaint as well. Good Luck! Also keep in mind that there are people "out there" who post in attempt to get a rise out of others- try to overlook them. Please pass this info on to friends & family- Good Luck!

Some pain in the a-- companies or just a bunch of kids doing their bidding at a call center..don't care about do not call lists.
I look at my caller ID and when I see a number that I KNOW is BS..I just don't answer.
Bothersome, but when they stop calling-another BS company jumps in :)

Multiple calls from this number - usually at meal times or in the evening.  On the Do Not Call Registry -- so much for how good that works.

This is a SCAM They claim to be with Bank of America but they have no connection with the bank. It is a scam. I confirmed it with Bank of america.
