3:15pm 7-12-10.  ID says "California."  No message left.

This is outrageous! The practice is illegal and the phone calls are illegal. We have no rights left anymore...not even in our own homes!

They have been calling my number for several months. The one time I answered and actually got a person, they spoke very broken english and I told them not to call my number again. I also have the "do not call" on my phone, yet they keep getting through. I'm going to report them.

Hey Gaggs - What number to Bank of America did you call?  I have to call Bank of America!   512-961-5505 started calling Thursday night, - 714-657-8694 called every 30 minutes Friday until 7:30 last night.  The 713 number has started calling this morning. I have blocked their call, meaning, my phone rings once, then hangs up.  But, it is still disturbing.  If this is  a Bank of America sub calling, Bank of America should be able to shut this down.  If this doesn't stop I am canceling my credit card.  Please let me know what number you called....thanks

512-961-5505 started calling Thursday, 8/12, and 714-380-5400 called every 30 minutews on Friday, 8/13, and the calls have continued this morning at 9:30 A.M.  If this robo calling doesn't cease I will cancel my Bank of America card to be relieved of this.  Yes, I am on a DO NOT CALL list, but credit card companies, political calls, etc. can legally contact you.  Therefore, the consumer is left with no alternative, altho' we all know that the Do Not Call REgistry is a joke - I don't believe they have any means to enforce..

I had the same # call me today. He asked for me by name and said he was from Bank of America and asked me how I was doing today. I said fine thanks, how are you? Then nothing... he hung up. I'm not sure if its a scam. Reading all the posts, I haven't heard that anyone was ripped off or that they asked for any personal info. Just mostly people being hung up on and ghost calls. Weird...

Got this cal at 9 am, didn't answer, caller ID said cellular call. Thanks for posting, now I know it is a telemarketer.

They called and only wanted to verify it was me and then hung up, which was strange. I called Bank of America, who denied having any affiliation with this number.

Caller id just says California

Called me yesterday and woke me up.  Some guy with an accent calling about a Bank of America credit card.  I told him I was on the do not call list and hung up on him. Caller ID said California.  They are NOT associated with Bank of America - I called Bank of America and they verified they did NOT call me.  I have reported this number and the Texas number to the FCC and the calls had stopped.  Guess I will report them again.  Its a scam.

Call Bank of America customer service on your credit card or billing statement and ask them to stop the calls.  BOA sells your name and some info to outsourced companies selling insurance.   If you tell these sales people no then the sales people respond with I guess you don't care about your family.   No one says that to me period!!!!!!!!!!  Haven't recieved a call since I complained to BOA...But my daughter did so I told her to call BOA  and it did the trick....

Called @ 10:00 AM, No Message, added to call rejection!

Just received a call from the number, didn't answer, no message.

I got a call from that number just now and I heard noise in the background.  After saying hello twice, they hung up.
