tHEY CALL DAILY, i DO NOT ANSWER i HAVE CALLER I.S.
Can anyone do something about these nuisance calls?
I too am on Do Not Call List.

Wanted to sell me insurance to pay my credit card payment should I become unemployed.

They call two to three times a day. If it goes to voice mail no message is left. If I answer they try to speak but I tell them DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER again and hang up. They just keep calling

Calling several times a day.  No messages left.  Caller ID says "California."  We're on the DNC list, too.

We started getting toll-free calls a month ago, all day every day but especially in the evening. We have caller ID so we don't answer. Today the call was from this number, and the ID said 'California Call'. Since we don't know anyone in CA, we didn't pick up. I assume it was from B of A too, because we have accounts with them. Just want to tell these people, we will NEVER accept any offer over the phone!

These people keep calling even tho I've told them I am on the Do Not Call list!!!!!

Keep calling everyday .No answer.REMOVE right now..Or I will call my attorney to report abuse handicap man.

They called me 3 mo. ago and didn't leave a msg, so I reported here.  They recently called again on 11/20 at 7 pm, again no msg was left.  Today I called the # back, there is an auto recording that states "This  ph# was displayed on your Caller ID as a result from an offer from your card services institution to enroll in an optional card protection plan...to find out more info press 1."
 Either they're calling on behalf of a credit card I already own, or maybe they're trying to offer me a new cc w/ a so-called protection plan...either way I'm not interested.

i receive calls from this number 2-3 times per day.  They never leave a message and call as late as 9PM.   I don't answer.  I did a reverse lookup on the phone number and is says it is a cell phone in Santa Anna, CA.

I have gotten several calls from this number. It comes up Santa Ana, CA on my caller ID. I did *67 to block my number and called it back. I got an automated message saying to press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish. Then another automated message came on saying this call came from card services and they are offering a protection plan thru card services.

I got tired of the phone calls from these people and called the number back and asked to have my number removed.  The person on the other end was actually pleasant and it took all of 20 seconds.  Wish they were all like that.

Please stop calling or I will report you to the phone company!

Call rcvd at 6:52pm 12/23/09. I answered. There was a pause before there was sound from them and they hung up/

These calls are from Bank of America. They want to sell you credit card protection. They call those with B of A Visa accounts.

So tired of receiving these calls from unknown.  Calls come in almost everyday at the same time.

Call and hang up -- over and over and over again!!

I'm on th Do not call list too but if you have an existing business relationship with someone (Bank of America acct or credit card) they can still legally call you to sell you services.  Why they don;t answer when you pick up I have no idea.  very annoying

Yes, received a call on Dec. 28 and 29 at 10:30 a.m. - no voicemail left.

Such b***$*** 714-380-5400 has called my aunt & uncle's house
(home # reg'd on the do not call list) every 20 mins between
8a-10p CST about a week now same m.o no message nothing-

This number calls me frequently  and does not leave a message.   It is extremely annoying.  I also am on the Do Not Call list.   what good is it?
