Caller told me she was from Neilson Rating Service and they are doing research on movie goers in the area.  The woman had an Asian accent.  I told her that I wanted my name removed from the call list.  She hesitated and then I hung up.

So far I've only got 1 call per day (I HOPE it doesn't turn to 3 or 4)..
They say they're doing a survey and ask if I'm over 18.
I say no and that no one else in the house is.
And they hang up.
I'm going to try faxing that # above

Called my house several times today. Left No message.I am on the Do not call list. I have never heard of these people, I do not know why they are calling

annoying fax ... I am going to send them a long fax and tie up their line

I did not answer the phone but when I dialed *69 this number was listed as last call received.

This number has appeared on my caller id a few times now, I noticed this the other day.  I live in canada so i dont know what a phone number from the states is doing calling me.

Called and hung up numerous times even though I am on the do not call list.

Like many others who have posted, I have received numerous calls from DATASCENSION. I do not answer their calls (with one exception) and they do not leave messages. The one time I answered the call I did not say a word just to hear what they would say. I was greeted by a male who said Hello and proceeded to greet me in Spanish when I did not answer. I just filed a complaint online with the FTC and I encourage others to do the same. I've tried calling them back but only get a busy signal.

Just got a call from them tonight at 8:00 pm asking if I was so and so and if I banked with washington Mutual.He said that he was conducting a survey and did I speak english or spanish I could not understand him very well so I handed the phone to my husband and he hung up.I reported it to my bank and also the do not call registry.Very scary how easy it is to have someone get info on you.

Just received a call from them at 8:50 PM!!  I normally would have let the phone ring but I didn't want to wake the kids.  As soon as I said hello he said he was with some Data collection company.  I hung up the phone after yelling at him.  Then I immediately filed a complaint with the do not call registry.

Got several calls from them today, all hang ups even when we answer the phone.  We are also on the DNC registry.

this caller told me he was from WAMU BANK. Kept asking question about my bank and the bank teller. I reported it to my bank. They stated it was not from them. When I call back the number it sounded like a FAX number. I hope who ever this person is that he will get busted. Hey jerk I hope you are reading this message. Try to call me again I have a thing or two to say to you!!!!

I did not answer, but right after that, someone called again, and NO number displayed on the caller ID, and it still said "Out of Area."

They could be verifying names and phone numbers for marketing and "411" or "People Find" type directories.  Either way, I don't see how they can be exempt.  They are making money by bothering us.

Yeah, it's a shame that it isn't the employees fault. They are only trying to make a living.

Call today from 714-482-9769.  Advised to remove my number from their call list and/or auto dialer.  This is the 3rd call from this company and is the same man each time.  He tells me today when the call came in that he has never called before.  I am also on the Do Not Call list, but that is for telemarketers only, I guess.

These calls I receive average about 4 times per day. No message is left and the Caller ID shown is "Unknown". I am on the "DO Not Call" list, so I don't ubderstand why I keep getting these calls.

This number keeps calling us in Canada - 416 area code... we never answer because they usually call during the day and we have *real* jobs.
We don't have a "Do Not Call" list in Canada that I know of, but if we are ever home when they call, I'll put my 21-month old daughter on the phone.
