I keep getting calls from this number as well; they don't say anything.  When I called the number back it rang and rang and rang

If you are registered on the do not call list, you can report them.  This company called me tonight, we asked for her name and phone number and she hung up on us.

I have gotten 24 phone calls from these guys in the last 7 days...  They are driving me nuts... I think they may be getting their numbers from the do not call list

Called twice, on my cell number, hung up both times, I had family in California so I answered thinking one of them had had thier number changed. Got curios after no answer when I tried calling back, googled it, got your website, tadah! Thought cell numbers were off limits...maybe not. On DO NOT CALL LIST on home number though.

I am getting these calls at my work number too. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I am away from my desk when they call. If I happen to be at my desk, and they ask me if I want to participate in a survey, I think I'll pull a Seinfeld.. Answer yes and then hang up. :-)

Actually, answer "yes", say "hold on a sec", put your phone on the desk and then walk away.  Anyone who really needs me has my cell, so I know I won't miss any important calls.

These people call all day.  What the heck has gone wrong with this world, anyway?

I' am on the do not call registry. they have call my home many times.

Called me at work.  I did not pick up.  Checking the number on Google got me to this site somehow.  

The main thing is you can complain, you can call and write the AG, you can call the calling company directly and tell them they are breaking the law...that you are on the do not call list...to not call you again and they just don't care.  For everyone of you there is someone who accepts the call...buys the product and produces income for them.  You guys are just noise is the background of the process.  As long as there is money to be made they will continue calling everyone they can.  I never buy things offered by sale over the phone or via spam.  If everyone did that it would dry up the market...but nobody does.  So get used to getting these kinds of calls forever.

Their website states that they are excluded from the "Do not Call List" calling. But, if you ask them to remove your number they will.

Got the call at 0730 am on a Saturday. When I try to call back the line is always busy. I am on the Do Not Call list. I sent an email asking them to please stop calling but I did not give my name or address.

These buggers called yesterday and left no message; They called again this morning and the line went silent when we answered it.
My message to them: Do you eat what we eat or do you eat sh*t? You senseless irritating people, either answer the call, or just don't call at all. My number is not only a private number but also in the national Do Not Call Registry.

This number has been calling our home at all hours, repeatedly, over the course of the past week.  Yesterday I answered and told them I was not interested.  They called again this morning and I answered; the called was supposedly Michelle Garcia (obviously not her real name as they must pick something generic and, having worked as a phone rep, I am aware that they don't actually use their names but are assigned one) and she was doing a survey similar to Nielsen's in which they determine what I do with my leisure time.  In return for my participation I would be receiving ten dollars CASH in the mail.  I told her that it's surprising they would do that as it's illegal to send cash in the mail (I don't know if this is still true...I was winging it!) and that I've stated clearly that I don't want any more calls from her company and to leave us alone.  There MUST be something that can be done to stop these people.  I think one you state you don't want the calls, they are harassing you...I grew up being told that no means no...this should apply to phone solicitations.  I understand that everyone needs a job, but this is ridiculous...the phone rings throughout the day, indiscriminately...it interrupts everything...sleep, meals, leisure time (the leisure time they want to survey how I spend???)...you can NOT answer, but they just keep calling and calling and calling and calling...and if you DO answer, they disregard your request to be left alone...

Place the number on our handy-danddy Cox blocked number list.  Got about 30 telemarketers on the list; unfortunately, the max blocked numbers list is 40.

Received a call @ 7:48cst and it said 714-482-9769 datascenscion and I also recieved a call at 231-224-2031 7:08cst and that said research center. I had a voice mail on our machine that said this is Target Point consulting. I looked them up and they do surveys for political campaigns and large fortune 500 companies.  Not sure which one it was that was target marketing, but once they realized it was an answering machine they hung up.  I thought is was weird I am all of a sudden getting all these calls and they were so close together. I am also no the Do Not call list like everyone else. Apparently this has no affect anymore. Might be time to get rid of my land line.

I did not answer the call, no message left. "I am on the National Do-Not-Call Registry" Total of two calls this day.

Only yesterday after receiving a call from 714-482-9769 (Caller ID of Datascension) Today, the caller ID was spoofed to read 555-123-4567.  Caller stated he was doing a survey on fast foods.  When I asked what company he is calling for he advised Datascension.
