I've seen this damn number on my caller ID all week.  Like everyone else, they never leave a message, just call your number repeatedly at all times of the day.  I too am on the DNC list but apparently that doesn't matter.  Extremely annoying - I plan on cursing their a*s out EVERY time I get them on the phone, maybe then they'll stop calling....

These idiots called me tonight, 7:20p.m.(PST) left no message on my machine, I din't answer it. I NEVER answer the phone unless i KNOW the person calling me. DUH!

Go to the Do Not Call Registry and FILE a complaint. They are not to be calling us if we are on the DNC list.

The phone call I received from Datascension was most certainly a harrassing call.  I repeatedly requested to be removed from the company's call list and said we were not interested in participating, but the caller refused to confirm this or acknowledge it.  Very rude, very pushy, very poor business practices.

They keep calling me at a private non profit human service agency that I work for.  It is making it difficult for me to get my work done.

They call many times a day. Starts as early as 7AM on weekends, until after 9PM on weekdays. Very annoying.

Am also in DNC.

Datascension is a market research company and is excluded from the "Do Not Call" list. However, we do not wish to harass in any way and we will remove your number from the research project for which you were contacted.

Received a call from this company late at night.  I am on the no call list, but they seem to think that doesn't apply to them.

according to their website they do marketing research, but they'll supposedly take your number off the list if you email  dnc@datascension.com. I'm going to try it...

714-482-9769 has called me at least 3 times in the last hour.  Can someone please stop them? They're obviously a huge nuisance.

I have 13 missed calls on my cell phone from this number.  Is it a credit agency or some rip off scam?

The Do Not Call List has many exceptions.  This site, I'm sure many have visited may explain why this company can call, however, from what I read they are breaking the law.

They are information grabing companies.  Welcome to a brave new world.  Computer's, credit cards, cell phones, home phone numbers.  Lists are sold by every type of company.
Write your congressman and senator. Tell them to give us the right to BLOCK all these numbers without charge or to stop these companies from calling.  I know who I want to speak with, I don't need a phone call soliciting anything.

The consumer needs to blast out these company names everywhere, make a huge negative outcry to rid us of these bottom feeders.  To have your phone ring at the worst time possible is a huge invasion of privacy.  The phone companies are in bed with these marketers.. Millions of dollars generated to the phone companies from these telemarketers.

got several calls from this # yesterday, did not answer call and they did not leave a message.........

I just got a call from these people and they did leave a message...in spanish and they were laughing and giggling. I called the number back and it was forworded to the voice mail of a Paul Peltier. I did not leave a message. Then shortly after I got a call from another number 801-623-4624 i answered and they said the were from Target Marketing group. I told this person I was busy and to give me her number so I could call her back at home during dinner time when I wasn't busy She hung up !!   hahahahahahaha

Have received several calls from this number starting last week and got another one today. They left a message breathing into the phone.

Its amazing how I order a couple of items and I get these calls from people I don't know. Just our of curiosity, did any of you order the weed trimmer from workx or an ebay infomercial?

Being a telemarketer in the past it is not hard to get telephone numbers and peoples names. Its reverse address. They would give us sheets of street with peoples names and phone numbers with asterisks next to phone numbers that were unlisted.

If you order something you need to ask them when ordering if they give your information out to third parties, then ask for their name and what company they work for so you can hold them accountable if it is a lie.

But answer me on the ordering aspect. I want to know if these people sold my name. Its WorkX I think which is a grass trimmer, and Dave Espinos (spelling) ebay course which is a scam in itself. Also the GX cooker and infrawave oven are 2 other items. If we get alot of people saying yeah I ordered that, then we know how they are getting the numbers.

If not, well. BTW: They can call you if they are not selling something or if they are collecting information or funds for charitable organizations. Those types do not apply to the Do not call list.

Yes this number 714-482-9769 keeps calling me and when i pick up the phone they hang up.

Got 6 calls from them in an 3 hours today

I'm not on the DNC list, and am listed in the book, but nonetheless don't receive many calls of this kind. Recently started receiving calls from "Datascension" every day, and of course, they don't leave a message. I add unknown callers who do not leave a message to my telephone service selective call rejection. I used to precede my answering machine message with the telco SIT tones, which completely eliminated unwanted calls, but stopped doing that because I'm looking for a job, and I didn't want to risk annoying prospective employers.

3 calls in the last 2 days

Someone from this number called me today on my cell phone, asked to speak with me, I said "yes" then they hung up. It got me worried which is why I started looking up the phone number.

I Have recieved 2 call from them in the last 5 minutes, no messages. One call I answered but they hung up. I hope this is not a pattern!
