calls randomly and constantly, they leave no message. Comes up as LOCAL OFFICE! I live in Ohio, and 714 is not an area code here.

A person named something like DD Johnson left a message saying call back at 800-824-6191. I live in Arkansas and there is not Local Office starting with 714.

This  phone # called 01-22-2010 at 7:45 PM, I have caller Id they would not leave a message.  On Do Not Call List  so why am I getting this calls??

Never answer any of these phones! Randomly picking numbers from the phone book!

CID says local office.ask for someone with same last name. woman named joanne waters says to call 800-824-6191. its a collection agency.

Second call we've received from this number for an "Eva Trevino". Explained that there is no one here by that name. They replied,"Thank you" and hung up. I wonder when they'll finally figure out they're wasting their time and calling the wrong residence. Sigh.

got the same call from the same number as the rest of you, I looked up the number on reverse phone number look up and it goes back to a t-mobile cell phone from california.

I rec'd the same phone call too.  Wish people would spend more time being productive than bugging good people like us.

I recently bought cell phone and registered it with a service provider who assigned a telephone number to me.  Immediately, I began to receive calls from this number.  The calls come in almost daily and sometimes twice a day.  I have a cell phone for emergencies only, not to receive calls. What is most frustrating is that when the phone is answered, no one ever says anything.  If voicemail picks up, no one leaves a message, but they stay on the line long enough that I get charged for the call!
The calls from this number have completely ruined this cell phone for me.

On my cell, at least once a week, is a taped message from this number saying its a message for "Williams, (and some first name I can understand)."  Really, really annoying.  I picked up the first couple times.  Sometimes they leave a message (exact same one as when I picked up), but usually not.

Got the call from this same local office number. called the number they left. It is a collection agency, the man accused me of being the man who use to live at this address which is in prison for fraud. I gave him and the manager a piece of my mind with a very dirty mouth for threatening me and I don't expect to be getting any calls from them again. I have been getting several calls a week from them for the last two years and I have finally had enough from them and I will take action if they keep calling me. ALSO my number has never ever been registered to the man who use to live here. I have had this number for 14 years.

Read my post. I got the same thing. They sound like they are outside or somewhere besides in an office and they are very immature and unproffesional.

First time received this call...came to my cellphone.  How could they get that number when it's not listed in my name nor given to any other company?  They didn't leave a message either.  If they are First National, how do they expect you to respond?

I received 2 calls today from this number and went to look it up to see where it was coming from.  I saw this page and realized that it is a great thing that I don't answer unknown numbers.  However, I am already on the national do-not-call list, so I have no idea where they got my number to begin with.  They did not leave any kind of message.  If this continues, I'm calling the 877 number in the comments above.

I received a call from this number today.  The caller left no message.

Caller had a chinese accent, she was looking for my credit card information...I told her to go to hell!!!
