They called me last Friday for the same supervisor position. It was after 8:00 pm when they called me and I realized why would they call me so late to setup an interview for next week. The lady was Kathy (which probably isn't her real name). She then said she will call me the day before my interview to confirm. So she called me at 6:45pm which is past business hours, so here I am trying to do research on this company (which I usually do before any interview) and thank GOD there are plenty of complaints about this company, even American Income Life.

I will not waste my time and go to this interview. Thank you all!!

I received a voice message from this number at 7pm last night.  It was a woman named Betty who said she found my resume on CareerBuilder.com and she wanted to speak to me about a manager position.  

I posted my resume a long time ago and, I actually thought I deleted it because I'm not looking for a job.  Either way, these sites are very helpful to weed out companies that are less than truthful with their recruiting practices.

You have no knowledge on how to care for people even though I do understand that feeling in sales dont matter but one day you are going to be left alone when you would have no  body and then you can stick this sales thing up your ass. you think that if people look at your point of view and work, they will succeed because you have succeeded in life. well everybody knows that you have stepped onto so many people to get where you are and who knows how many [***] you had to lend your di** to get where you are....trust me, everybody there thinks you are an [***] and everybody is just working there because economy is bad...u watch..once economy goes good, people are going to throw you away like a used towel..if you wish to live happy in your life, you better make up all the relationships you ruined back then if you can...people have cursed you bad because you have ruined a lot of lives [***]!!

They called me just now. They want me to come in business attire to an appointment. Right away they've got me "doing stuff." I think I'm going to skip this "opportunity." Thanks for the good advice everyone

You just proved yourself this is a scam! Torchmark (or whatever) has no subsidiaries by the name of National Income, the company you just called me from. Your slick presentation is unacceptable. Do not call me again.

Same situation as all of the previous posts. I however did not attend interview. They called me back a little while ago and rescheduled me for the same time next week. How desperate are you to have people work for you?

They called me to take a position as manager(which I've never had and my resume show I lack experience in this), so i told them this and asked for a lower possition and she (Katherine?...) said alright, but we can teian you and as time goes by you can become a manager hahahah. Why are they so desperately seeking managers lol. [***]! i dint know it was a scam and squedule an appointment tommorow at 1.

I've just got the same phone call and I set up an interview for next week. Usually I do a research on the company before I go there and I couldn't find any "good information" I'm glad I discovered this site (I will even save it in my bookmarks for future references)Thank you guys, you saved me some time. I got a call from a Kindisha from "National Income" stating that she found my resume on hotjobs.Being that their are so many scams now a days I always do some kind of research before making any decision for a interview for a company that I never heard of.I also found it weird that the caller I'd read "Union Benefits" but she's calling from "National Income."Thank you guys for your posts it was helpful and I won't b wastin my time on it.

Yes, they are ripoff artist and scammers they interview 50 people a day because people dont last more than 3 mths like me, my friend is still there and I have told him to interview at rputable companies as since leaving a week ago I have 3 interviews Oh and the leads are 5 yrs old you can buy better leads and dont you love the child safe kit joke

I DO NOT have a resume out anywhere online or otherwise. In my humble opinion there is nothing legit about him. Perez is probably not even his birth name.

I remember putting my resume out a couple months ago. But it was only for positions at a Department Store for an elective for school. But I got this call from a woman named Messlia?...Doubt she is real. Well I got the call a couple days ago. And of course me being so young still in high school that did sound so great....(a position as a manger and Im still in school)...anyways I got a call today Aug17th to confirm. Before this I was having a little bit of mixed feelings and I didn't know when I filled out a job application...So I told my mom to tell them I wasn't there and I would call back to confirm once I do my research....I always thought if a company called you to confirm they were legit. So I TRY to call back to confirm. And I getting ran around by a damn answering manchine. I decided to type their number into google. And this comes up....People are crazy they are willing to even scam a high schooler.

Ya they called for my info and a appointment a bunch of times BUT it is a scam they never came i was ready to put a CAP in there ass if they came near my house..........after they leave my house they would need life insurance.....LOL

WOW, thanks for head's up, i almost went on an interview, i decided to researcch this number, and glad i did.i refuse to waste my time, it sounded to good to be true.

I got called today. I was super excited until I asked what company it is and what they do.  They it sounded kind of shady.  So I looked them up online.  There address on Google links to the torchmarkcorp website.  I'm guessing they are a pyramid scheme since they said they wanted me to manage 3 to 4  people.

I too received a call from a Melissa a quarter to 7 tonight and was a bit surprised that someone wanted to set up an interview for a manager position so late.She also mentioned she received my resume from Monster. My gut was telling me something was off. I tried calling the number after and the voicemail box was full without saying the company name. And now when I googled this number I read everyones complaints. So thanks for the headsup!!!!
