Unlike some people on here, I'm using my actual name, I worked there for 7 months , and it's true, they don't care about anyone but themselves , it's truly a pyramid scam, lavar Morgan is the minion demon, Jason brattin, is the devils son, theo pappas is satan himself ! , trust me, I made money there, but I had to be dishonest to do
It,, and that was wrong of me. Worst company ever! Please if they continue , say no, run away,, they have no souls !

You forgot to add Lavar, Jason's & Theo's kiss ass partner, Bobby Szwaja.  They are all dishonest, disgusting individuals, who cheat on their wives, girlfriends, and even the girls they have on the side.  

They are dishonest to their own employees.  Can you imagine how many policyholders have been taken advantage of?  It's so sad.

Be careful with posting resume online (especially CareerBuilder.com , Monster.com) will get you into "harass/scam/fault"
When  jerks/criminals out there know your phone number, things will get ugly!
I learned it when posting my "not real" resume online .... :-), I didn't post any phone number on the "resume". I got   15 "Job offers" within 20 hours on my email, and all of "Jobs" was not the one that you looked for but all of them was Scam/Sales/Phishing. Some of Jobs actually asked you to click the links filling out "Application forms" and some of them even asked you for "Credit  background" that mean you will fill out Credit Card information ..... yeah right ....... :-)

 For online resume posting :
1/ Don't post any resume online ever. If you don't believe me, you'll see what I mean just posting "fake" resume see what happened.
2/ Don't reply any emails or click any links that's not familiar with you <----- you will get into trouble if you click those links (Phishing/Scamming is at best here)
3/  Send resume ONLY to companies you know address/phone/website, and reply ONLY from those address/phone/website you know.
4/ Finally, report those look suspicious Jerks/Scam/Phishing to

Just got the same call about helping Union workers... I kept asking the girl what the job was and could I see anything on line, of course she said no.....Really?

received voice message from Ms. Francis re:  they saw my resume on Monster.com.  I called back and she discussed this position they had in management.  After discussing minor details, we confirmed interview for two days following.  We discussed salary and benefits.  She was rather vague on any details.  I am glad that I looked into this before wasting a day to get ready, get high hopes and get roped.

Got a call from 631-865-5807 Long Island number, call from Tamida. Her email didn't match signature.  I felt something was wrong.  Job was regarding union workers benefits as a manager paying $60000-$80000.  I worked with unions and payroll, but was leary.   Not wasting my time.  Thanks to this site.  Good luck to you all in your search.

Yes, they say it's about "union benefits". Wrong, you can get life insurance anywhere. They use this tactic to get into hard working American households and act like they're apart of their union then sell them their "benefits". Biggest [***] I've ever seen in my life, taking advantage of people of good nature. Quit acting like you have their best interests at heart! You're only in it for the commission! -Also, they cannot tell you their salary because there is NONE. You are on commission and on your own, they try to work you 60-80 hours a week to make them money, then when you quit they take over your clients. There are no benefits, no 401k, nothing. If you stick around, the most you can get is renewal from policies. This is the biggest joke of a company I've ever seen, the management position does not exist. You are a gopher, you do what they say, you shell out money for licenses and training. Then you're cold calling people who want "benefits". They don't know it's life insurance. Join a company that cares about their clients rather than lining their pockets.

I got called today 8/ 11/ 15 and  they said that they like my resume and they want me interview for insurance union training and my resume specific said shift emgineerin position and asked they where do you got me resume and they said from monster web...I never sing IN  or download my resume in this web mosnter site...after I read all this comments I will not going to this scan company fake..thanks for the commments ...thank you all ..

I got a call, but everything sounded suspicious from the get go.  What legitimate agency uses only cell phones to call people and does'nt state the name of the office from the beginning?   If you look for it on Google maps, you will see that the aqgency looks like a dump!  Always trust your instincts from the beginning.

I received a call yesterday stating they were hiring for a union position and they got my resume from monster. My resume has been on monster since around 2010 and was never updated. So I thought it was strange that a company would look a 1. A resume that's not updated and 2. Customer service,data entry for a human resource position helping union workers ? Really how does that translate . She said 60-80 thousand a year. Which does not appeal to me since I'm making about that a year right now . The office is somewhere behind a mall in queens ... Weird right . And I asked for information on the company and she didn't provide it. You just saved me my time for going to the interview. I had no plans to quit my job just to see what the offer was abou .

They called me and said they got my CV from monster.com and that I've been selected to come in for an interview as a HR Manager. I'm in the medical field and nowhere on my resume does it state that I have HR experience. I live 2 hours away from Flushing and I pondered going all the way out there for a job that I don't qualify for. They asked me to confirm my email address for a confirmation email, which set off a warning signal in my head because my email address is clearly printed on my resume AND she gave me the impression that she didn't have my resume at all. I asked if this was a commission based job and she said it's a salary based job that pays upwards of 50k annually. I'm am so glad I decided to Google them before going out to lord-knows-where, which I'd have to take 2 trains and a bus to get to.

This is all nonsense being posted. Ive worked for this company for over 5 years now and its far from a scam. Our biggest share holder is Warren Buffet, would he back a company that is a "scam"?

Great company to work for management is awsome. Great working environment worked a lot of jobs and this by far was one of my favorite the company sent me on free trips to Texas at there headquarters as well as there yearly convention for me and a guest. Not to mention free prize money every other month on top of bonuses we recieve every week. If your looking for a place to grow in a company this is it.

I received a call from 718-878-4701 which is close enough in my book.   The woman who called said her manager ask her to call after he saw my resume on Monster.com.   I would be a good fit for a programmer consultant or entry level managerial position.  Same  rhetoric as others have mentioned in the post.

Mark glazer one of the managers that told students in boot camp not to wear a business suit when meeting with clients because we don't want them to think we are salesman. We go to clients houses to offer them bogus free benefits in order to make them happy then slip in a policy that costs money telling them they have only today to make decision to apply for it. You have to be such a professional con artist to trick people into buying a policy.

In the presentation after the first interview u guys mention that nilico does not telemarket or do door knocks. Then in boot camp u guys teach the opposite. So I got pissed off for my time and money wasted in pre license state exam and paying $80 for license. I have children to raise and u screwed me over. Thank u nilico u guys r lying scum.
