keep calling!  please have them stop

so why are you calling my cell phone.  i thought that was illegal.  all of you guys should get a real job.  go to school and learn a trade, work at mcdonalds...but stop f@%!*&^ calling me.  how about when you call next time, you give me your home number so i cal call and harrass/annoy you when i get the urge.

This company calls twice a day, every day.  Today, they called at the lunch hour and just now at the dinner hour.  This is planned harrassment and I don't care who you are, if you work for a company as a telemarketer, you know what you are getting into so no tears here for your pity party, Patricia Kelley.  You get paid to bother people.  We are forced to permit it by law, but the bottom line is that what you do is wrong, wrong, wrong by any stretch.  If we wanted to take part in a survey, WE WOULD CONTACT YOU.  You assume the American public doesn't possess that intellect which is a despicable premise on which to create an industry.  I will continue to block this phone number as I do all such companies that exist to provoke American consumers who happen to own telephones with listed numbers.  What a complete misuse of the system we all have to live under.

To Respect My Privacy:

Just so you know I have never ever been in a psychiatric institution and have all kinds of tests to see if I need to be by various resources. My disabilities are arthritis as well as severe anxiety and depression. I am not mean just stating the truth and the facts. Surveys are protected by Freedom of Speech and we are not hurting or harassing anyone. Anyone can refuse to do them. We do not curse people out or MAKE THEM participate. Also just because I call people to do telephone surveys does not make me a piece of garbage or "scum or phone trash. Obviously your anger is because of the fact that the Federal Government exempted surveys,political calls and charties from the National No Call list and your anger really shows on here 100%. I am a Christian and do not call people and ask their permission to harass them. We do not harass people. We do telephone surveys with no pressure or profanity or anything bad in them and they are not stupid. There is a purpose to them. Do not blame the workers for something we have no control over the laws. Blame someone who can do something about it like the Federal Government who made the National No Call list law. I am just a typical worker in a call center who can do nothing about these exemptions and try to vent your anger to someone who can do more about it rather than someone who can do absolutely nothing about it. What other jobs are you jerks trying to go after next after you get rid of all the telephone callers. I remember in 2005 and 2006 they tried to get a law passed that was going to get rid of all the small businesses by saying they could not mail out any circulars or call people to see if they needed anything. It was called the DO NOT MAIL me ANYTHING or FAX me anything law. Thank God for the social service agencies that fought against that law getting passed. Again you can call me names all you want to on here but your negativity has not or will not change anything and it has not since September of 1993.

 Thank you for looking out for me "the uneducated jerk consumer". I do not know what people like myself would do if it were not for people like you who take the time out of your busy lives to look out for our financial well bieng. As a life long consumer I havent the skill to understand the economy or how it works so I would surely go broke if it were not for your calls. To do my part I vow to abstain from eating or sleeping and even using the facilitys until you call. So that I may insure that I will not be so rude as to make you, the selfless matriarc of the general public interrupt me in my day to day life. Who am I to think that after a long day at work I should be allowed a little peace and quiet? I truly admire your self righteousness that boarders on pius. Kudos to you.As I read these comments by these illiterate schmucks with grammer skills that pale compared to your own. I am sickened to see that people think that they own their own lives should be allowed to eat or sleep in peace. For shame.

  I have read your comments and have come to the conclusion that you are either lieing about who you are or you are deliberetly obtuse. If you honestly believe that you are doing a service to the people that you annoy on a daily basis you are fooling even yourself. This I do not believe. Do not fear. There is a cure. .38 mm of lead administered to right temple. If you are left handed it would be the left temple. Do us all a favor and take your medicine. We didnt ask you to call us. nobody likes you. not even your perants.

No, it's your attitude, which is your CHOICE, that makes you a piece of garbage. And stop insulting real Christians by claiming to be one of us, nothing could be further from the truth.  In case you did'nt get it from my previous posts. I don't like you. My reasoning however is twofold. The way you rationalize your "profession" is unforgivable and you know it. No matter what your protests are you know it.My second problem with you is your claim of being handycapped. I'm not saying that your not I'm saying it does'nt give you license totrouble people. My mother is handycapped. severe back pain her knees are shot and she can barely walk. and shes blind. she collects social security.welfare and foodstamps.She is not ashamed of this as neither was I when I was a child and would walk to the store and buy are groceries with said foodstamps. Government assistance was established for people like her AND YOU. You are a bigger blight on humanity than person who honestly needs assistance. The reason I'm so irratated with you is because your company has called my mother 3 times in 2 days. she has stated that she doesnt want to participate and you call her back anyway. nothing you can say can justify this. Nothing. If someone states that they don't want to participate (no matter how rudely they say it) remove them from the list. Don't wait for the magic words. If you call them back you're not just wasting thier time your waisting your own. because you know the're not going to give you any help. you're not doing your job, you are bieng petty.

And here we are again. I ahve made many comments on this site and christ on a stick blammo I have to say it again. I actually took your survey the first time you called ( I say you because you took upon yourself to represent your company on this site. Oh foolish naive.) I spent about ten minutes answering basicaly the same question over and over. you might not think ten minutes very long but thier my ten minutes. the problem is that you called back the next day and the next. I got a little mad the third day and without even raising my voice or name calling made whoever was the other line fell bad. Kudos to me you weesels desreve it. If you want validation for what you do call once et your survey and get off my back. I don't owe you ANYTHING. For you to have the nerve to act like we the consumer are doing you the pest a diservice makes a statement, and not about America, about you. You in particular T. quinterling. The number that I answered from is at my mothers house. shes handicapped. In pain. I explained this the people who called the second and third time. Its been about a month and your calling back. I am now recording any phone calls of a number I do not recognize. I am also sending your company a registered letter ordering you to take my mother off your list. ANYBODY READING THIS DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR INFO ON THEIR SITE!!! SEND THEM A REGISTERED LETTER!!!

 Ive read your earlier post and have commented on them. You can go back and look if you like, I'll wait..... OK. The problem I have is I took your damn survey about a month ago while I was at my mothers house and somebody from your place of "work" called her again the next day. She told them we had already taken the survey and please do not call again as she is handicapped and going to answer the phone causes her to much dicomfort for it to be a nonsense call. she was called back the next day, twice. I was at her house for the second call. I was not nice about it nor should have been. I didnt yell. I didnt curse or resort to name calling but I got my point accross. I thought. Its been a few weeks and oyur calling again. how in hell can you justifie this. your wrong and you know it. If you call somebody back after they tell you not to call anymore your not doing your job. your not going to get answers so why bother calling back? why call me or my mother after I've aleady taken the survey? Do you think I've changed my opinion that quick. I've looked at some of your previous posts and can see that you have the wrong idea about what you do. you act like we owe you something, like your doing us a favor. miss kelly I don't owe you jack [***]. you are smug and are the wrong person for the job you do.

Dearest Patricia,
 You have lost this battle.  You've been snapping back at everyone for having their own opinion for 12 pages now.  Let it go.  You will never convert any of us "uneducated consumers" into enjoying or justifying unsolicited calls from you or anyone providing these so called "services."  All of your arguing is only causing more people to raise your blood-pressure in their replies thus causing you to resent your job 10 times over.  There are millions of us & only one of you...we will win this fight.  Might I suggest that you instead take up meditation, rather than standing on slippery soap-boxes, so that you may better accept this "job" you have since you have made it so very clear, so very many times, that you have no other options.

Meditation is a great idea for this woman.  I'd suggest she hold her breath for 10 minutes, it's extremely relaxing and will give her a brand new view on the world.  

FYI, it's difficult to accomplish this form of meditation without some accessories ... you know those bags you get from the drycleaner???

I have gone to their website and filled out the form for removal of my number from their list about two months ago. It did not work. They are still calling me almost every night. These people are so annoying!

I did not answer the call. They have been calling me alsmost every night. These people should go to hell!

personally i'm amazed that with all your physical and mental handicaps, not to mention your inability to type at more than 45 wpm, you're able to compose all these novel-length responses.
