I didn't answer so I do not know who is using this number

This scam calls under different phone #'s multiple times a day.  When I return the call, the line goes dead or sounds busy.  How this is leagal is beyond me.  Some people don't deserve to walk this earth.

I kept getting calls from the number and it would never leave a message. Finally, I answered out of pure boredom one day and let the guy know that I am a Financial Crimes Investigator with a large bank. Subsequently the call was dropped and I haven't been called since.

I agree, they are most likely contracted through your primary insurance carrier to deliver your pharmaceuticals directly to your house.  This does save you "out of pocket" expenses as you can obtain a three month supply for a one month supply co-pay.  Every individual I have dealt with has been very professional.

Many companies are allowing their insurance carriers to utilize MEDCO as it is a cost savings for the business and the insurance carriers.  I also own businesses and consult for other owners.  This is from the insurance company that has contracted with the business who provides your employer based medical insurance.  It is a cost savings, and if you are having difficulty with MEDCO it is due to not submitting the required information or the required prescription on a timely basis.  People spend more time complaining and whining that it is everyone elses fault in lieu of taking personal ownership for their errors.  Sad, we have raised a generation of people wanting everything easy and handed to them.  I was raised to work for what you want and know that most issues are a result of a decision or lack of decision on my part.  Grow Up people.

I constantly get these calls but if I choose to answer, no one is on the line and than it disconnects!

The individual calling is with Medco which is not an insurance provider.  They manage pharmaceuticals and your prescriptions for your Health Insurance Company.  If they are calling you, your insurance company most likely has a contract with them.   The Company I work for uses United Health Care as our health insurance provider.   United Health Care uses Medco to set up a Mail Delivery three month supply of your med's at a reduce cost.   Usually a three month supply that cost you about what two months cost at the Pharmacy.   When they called me they had all my medical information, Doctor, med's I take, etc.  The call was very professional and if your not interested just tell them no thanks.

I get a call every 2-3 days from this or another Medco number.  I've asked them to quit calling.  When I've said "no more marketing calls" they get very rude, and say it is not a marketing call.

Phone call to cell, but no response when answered.

May not have gotten a response because I didn't try to talk long, but hung up  If it was a computerized call, it may have needed more time to respond.

numerous calls....all hours of the day & evening...no messages being left.  very annoying.

Just say cease and desist and then it is a crime called harassment by communications.  This is a scam.  Report it to the law enforement authorities in Port St. Lucy, FL.

The calls do not stop!!! How do they get away with this?

If you have caller ID, which most do evidently, either don't answer or do what I do, pick up the receiver and hang it back up.  I tried answering the first time, because I was going to say, "No, thank you," but no one was on the line.  I assumed it was a computer call and hung up.  I've done so ever since.  I should  report them, I suppose, as I am on the no call list as well.  I do not blame those doing the calling, as they are taking the work they can to support themselves and their households.  The company, however, should be help responsible for refusing to update their database.

Keep calling me at work from this number.  When I answer there is a busy signal.  I've tried calling HR who directed me to Corporaty Cynergy who will place me on a do not call list, which could make it complicated to get mail order prescriptions in the future.

Called MEDCO twice directly, the operators taking in bound calls know nothing of these outbound calls or this number.  They suspect that it is in regards to their new Mail Order program - but they do not have a solution to stop other than take me out of their phone list.

MEDCO did further research - this is from one of their locations but they do not know which one.  Opting me out of their sales calls - this could still mess up the one mail order prescription that I have if there are problems with the prescription.  They won't be able to reach me.  Suggested I wait a bit and then opt-in.

I think I'll opt out of mail-order completely if it is this complicated and annoying.

It's MEDCO and they won't take me off their list, so I programed my new Panasonic wireless phone to give them a busy signal when they call.
