I called the 785-799-3500 number and she was very polite and helpful.  I asked how their company would have received my number in the first place and she said it's usually for business publications, however they do call for some non-profits (including the cancer society) and in that case your DNC does not apply...

I am getting calls from the 785-799-3900 every 20 minutes!  No stop, every 20 minutes, never anyone there so I just hit ignore.  It is literally phone harassment but what can you do?  Called the 3500 number and was told it would take up to 30 days to be removed, if I even am.  Then filed a complaint with the No Call Registry and the FTC, hopefully if enough of us take the time to file complaints something will be done.  One day it would be nice if our cell phone companies would 'allow' us to block numbers.  I have been registered on the No Call List since 2008, doesn't do a lot of good though.

They keep on calling me at work at least once or more everyday!  WHY?????

Received call from 785-799-3900.  Since I have no business in Topeka, KS I chose not to take the call and let it go to voice mail.  I hate spam calls.

I just got a call from 785-799-3900. I Googled it and got this page, which suggested calling 785-799-3500. I called the number and the woman was very helpful and friendly.

I also called and the women I spoke with said that she would pass the request along.  I probably get several calls a day from 785-799-3900.

785-799-3900 BVTM hangs up on our work numbers EVERY DAY, multiple times. Found the 800# in these posts as the 785 number was constantly busy (thanks to those who posted it! Here it is again: 800-882-0803). A nice woman named Jennifer assured me she'd remove our numbers. Thank God for Google and Caller ID!

Call every day and interrupt very busy switchboard.  I now hang up when I see the caller ID.  STOP!!!!!! bothering this business.

I suggest you first put yourself on the Fed Gov "Do Not Call List".  After that if enough people go to that website and complain about telemarketing from this org in Kansas, the Fed will investigate.  I they are able to verify your claims of Telemarketing, they will fine BVTM as much a $11,000 per violation.  You must follow the system set up for this to execute.  (By the way, the Fed in their infinite wisdom does not count political candidate telemarketing or telemarketing by Non-Profits for the Do Not Call program)

This company in Kansas checks out as legitimate!  They are small and do not have toll free service for calls to them.   They do contract work for magazine subscribers to renew subscriptions that are expiring.  Because you are already doing business with these publishing companies as a subscriber, you do not qualify for "Do Not Call List" protection.  BTVM is very professional when you call, and will remove you from their calling list if you call them at the 785-799-3500 phone number and request removal.

We received calls from this number.  Please have them remove us from their call list!!

I was able to reach a human being at Blue Valley Tele-Communications (877) 876-1228. She said BVTM is a subsidiary of their company. BVTM is a telemarketing company. She said the way it works is the telemarketer puts in 10 numbers at one time. When one person answers it hangs up on the other 9 people. She will take your number and request that they stop calling your number. We all need to complain to our representatives about this outrageous way of disturbing us in our homes and businesses. It should be outlawed.

Call Jennifer at the "telemarketing division" of Blue Valley 800-882-0803 to have your number removed.

I called them last time and it worked for about 6 months. They just started calling again today, so I called to get removed AGAIN.

If you want them to stop, just call:  1-800-882-0803 and tell them to remove your number from their calling list.  Then, if they continue, go to www.donotcall.gov and file a complaint.

I called the 785-799-3500 and asked if they would remove me from the list.  The person on the other end was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience.

I don't know anyone in Kansas.  I'm on the do not call list.
